Can i please get a list of all the upgrades you did. I am very interested in the swap, i just dont know where to really start for supporting mods
@@Dubbie. it’s all depends on what you want. If you want jest 2jz swapped frs or brz all you need is a 2jz get and engine mounts you can do a stuck auto TR or r154 is a direct swap no mods need
@@Dubbie. what I have is 2jz get built head ign1 coil pack twick performance wiring harness and motec m130 Ecu r154 TR stuck frs rear end precision 7270 ball Bering turbo custom in garage made down pipe and exhaust, custom made intake manifold 1200hp intercooler ifc1650 injectors, so far that’s all I have got that I haven’t made, and oil catch can. Aem 350 dual fuel pump staged a lines capable for e85 and race gas. rest is small stuff that you can ad later. 👍🤝

Hey man l love your build l have started mines a while now l doing stage by stage my self and it’s fun l did the 8.8 with 1000hp axles and hubs big brake in the front radiator and fan and suspension all round coil over next step now is to get the engine but l am very interested in how you got your heater to function all the clips l watch l see everyone cut the 2 heater lines out and don’t use it if your is fully working can you tell me what you did or how you got yours to work l will appreciate any help you offer l am going with the t56 from Grannas racing because l love the heater when the morning is all colder and it helps clear the windshield in the cold morning time if you can send me a pic of the lines how you got it working and and the motor mounts l will be using is from XCESSIVE and additional advice will be gladly appreciate looking forward to your response
@@ashmeedmohammed4549 congratulations on your build I love anything white 2j in it.. so about the heater core my friend I can’t teak a picture yet because I’m not in town I’ll be out of town till summer, but I can tell you about what I have used on the stuck frs heater core you have to cut them off right at the rib or Push them in about 1 inch same thing whit cutting the 1 inch write the rib for the hose clamp go, that will give you enough room for the engine to fit and for the new lines, once you have installed the engine one of the lines coming out of the heater core will directly be under 2jz coolant outlet off head on that one I have found that house from vw vr6 oil cooler line one is like a S shaped that’s one I have used on that side for the out let you can use any house or shape you will have much more room.. engine mounts are custom made by me. Good luck with it 👌
@ thanks man and as how you lowered the engine to use the coil pack did you still have to cut the tranny tunnel to fit the tranny in or you did not have to do any cutting the the tunnel l know you have to remove the rips on the tunnel for the tranny to fit but as how you modify your CX racing motor mounts and drop the engine the ribs l am talking about is way you bolt the OEM tranny cross member to and again thanks for your response and do have a good morning to you and the family
@ you do have to remove the ribs to get right angle on the driveshaft so you have no vibrations. No you don’t have to cut the tunnel it fits jest fine
@ coil pack fits fine if you have the carbon hood but if you have the open one in front coil pack you have to remove the spacer to close the hood

so you did not have to cut the heater core lines of all the clips l look at l see every one cut the lines out can you send me a pic of the hoes that on the heater core the two lines that comes off the wall way the hoes connected an d again thanks so much for replying back i want to see how far the engine is from the heater core lines i now double check a few clips online way the all cut out the heater core lines so if you can send a pic of it l will gladly appreciate it very much sir
@@ashmeedmohammed4549 for sure my friend glad to help I’m not I’m not in town for a pick. But yes you do have to cut the lines off but only about one inch or lest that’s all the clearance you need..

hey man l really love your set up i am kinder 1/4 way lol i did suspension ford 8.8 rear axles outer hubs front brakes and radiator and fans i have a question is their any way we can get the heater core working in the car and l wanted to know the size of your intercooler or what car it come from i love the bigger cooler and i almost forgot did the AC line reconnect back to the car side without modify the lines that goes into the car and do you have a contact number of the guy who did your exhaust and the intake manifold looking froward to your responds
@@ashmeedmohammed4549 thank you my friend.. so when it comes to heater core yes you can I I used the one hose from VW vr6 oil cooler line looks like a ,S, for the cylinder head to the the car, and any hose for the water pump to the car.. when it’s comes to the AC small line plugs right in but you have to modify the big pipe. I have cut the side that comes out of the car right at the. Bent and some thing on the ac pump, if you watch the 2 of my videos you will be able to see the lines for the ac, and I have used the stuck frs ac radiator.. and when it comes to the exhaust my friend I have wielded the my self, and the intake manifold. But if you search online you will be able to find the exact manifold.. I like your build already keep it up 👍

Да, форд фокус это ржака конечно, самая конченая в ремонте машина

А без снятия мотора никак не поменять? Я не в курсе просто
@@НиколайСупрун-ъ6о можно займёт много времени, вместо мало неудобно нужно снять подушку мотора и коробки сдвинут мотор.👍

@@Дмитрий-м3с8т в этой машине ремонта много из-за этого надо было снять мотор чтобы поменять цепь не нужно снимать мотор. Это видео показывает как легко снимать мотор коробку с форда..

Yes I did, it’s same as is300 rear end basically so it’s good for 600hp but I went over that 😅

What AC Compressor did you use?
It’s a stuck fa20 ac compressor it’s nice and small fits perfect
@@truebeast3157 Awesome! I’m looking to do this swap to my BRZ but I want to retain AC. Is there any special bracket you need to mount the FA compressor to the JZ engine?
There is one on the 2j that works you jest have to make one looking like S shape that’s all ones you put ac compressor on it will explain it self good luck whit your build 👍

What are you doing for computer and wiring harness? And how does it integrate into factory harness and are there any factory features lost?
I’m using m130 motec ecu. Whit twik performance harness. No there is absolutely no futures last at all you can use what ever futures you like

I have coil overs in the rear what’s the rear tire width you runing in the rear can it take a 11inch tire in the rear with out touching and rubbing anywhere l have 9 inch rim right now l think it’s avi rims from Fitment industry l buy a few years ago from them you think an 11inch tire will fit have one more question since you modified the engine mounts did you still have to do work on the transmission tunnel like remove the tranny cross member support bracket were the tranny is bolt under the car or you still have to remove it ???
I have 275/35/19 in the rear whit 35 offset. You can use 285/30/18 in the rear whit 30 offset whit out touching or rubbing

way did you get the rims from and can you give me the correct spec on the rims and the offset and how much it cost
Sure can.. so rims are avid 1 rims offset is 35 if you have the stuck suspension. If not you can use 30 offset 18 by 9 in the front and 19 by 10.75 in the rear. I called the avid and asked for that set

thanks my friend... ok so the heater core is oem from the frs.. one of the hoses is off of the vr6 engine oil cooler line its a S shaped hose and its about 4 inches.. second hose that come off of the 2jz water pump that one you van use a normal heater hose from parts store. i have a video that looks at the hoses little bit batter.. im going to make a video where ill be pulling the engine out so ill will have more info on this.. hope this help.. thanks

Hey, how are you liking the 3.58 rear end so far? Does it hook better/less traction issues? And about how much power do you think you’re putting down now with new exhaust vs what you were making before?
3.58 is great a lot less spinning the wheel and it’s nice to stay in gear bit longer. Car is still at 30psi but I replaced the my old turbo for a new one exhaust is same didn’t do anything to it yet it was to cold to do anything I haven’t put my car in the dayno whit 30psi but it was 872whp at 22psi. And I have been trashing it whit that new rear and ands it’s been great
@@truebeast3157 Thanks for the info, I can’t even imagine anything over 700whp that’s insane. Most I’m probably gonna be making is low 600whp but I have shorter gear ratios than your trans so I’m gonna swap my 3.73 to a 3.58.

What engine and transmission mounts are you using?
I had cxracing engine mounts. But I didn't like the way it made the engine sitting so so I made my own custom engine mounts and transmission mount..
I love the way those monster coil packs look on that in line 6. Looks like a factory job my man. Well done! I am Just starting the build on the 2013 I just picked up. Just did a full suspension refresh with HKS hipermaxx coils and end links as well as new tie rods and ball joints all around. Also changed the clutch when I noticed the throw out bearing going bad and swapped the clapped out no name ricey rice exhaust for a BLITZ nur spec from the header back. The Engine is running strong with 118k miles but I planed to do swap before I even picked the frs I ended up with. You have me strongly considering a 2J now. I want to stay NA though for that throttle response and love ITB sound. The k20 swap seems pretty straight forward and is around $10-12k all in if I do most my own labor. I have seen some seriously amazing NA ITB set up on 2 JZ cars. Or even RB in line 6s.So many decisions! Only good thing about getting older is having all this disposable income to throw at our big kid toys!
I think what ever you choose my brother is going to be good for this cars it’s jest a perfect body cars for what ever and affordable
