I’m so sorry for what you’ve been going through. The mental health struggle is so real. I won’t even lie. After I made this video, it wouldn’t load. I tried for a couple of hours, then ended up in tears, bawling, feeling so stupid and useless. Thank GOD I have a loving, supportive partner who helped me ground myself and see what a minor thing that was, and how far I’ve really come. Surround yourself with people who love, and support you. It makes a world of difference.

@@SunshineBags156 I'm not a doctor or nutritionist, so I can only tell you what worked for me. Especially if you have any medical issues. When I started out, I stayed below 20 grams of carbs a day. I ate meat, cheese, berries (they have less of an impact on blood sugar, than other fruits). I drank coffee with heavy cream, instead of flavored creamers with sugar. I focused on trying to increase my protein. I ate lots of homemade chicken salad with triscuit crackers. And I ate vegetables that had a low glycemic index...no potatoes or rice. I lost quite a bit like that, then started intermittent fasting, with coffee and water until meal time. I finally tried eliminating dairy, because my weight loss had stalled. That made a tremendous difference. Now, I usually have coffee during the morning, woth sugar free liquid creamer (it's actually non-dairy), and water with sugar free flavor packets. In the evening, if I'm hungry, I'll put a plain burger pattie in the air fryer and fry 2 eggs, them have that for supper. Some days, I only have eggs. I also cook with real butter.

@@susanpepper1671 thanks that sounds like something I might be able to try the only health problem I have is a chronic blockage in my stomach which gets me admitted every couple three to four months so it's all about eating right they tell me and losing weight

It symbolizes mourning the little girl and I was, and who she might have been (before I was damaged by abuse), and reminds me that each day is a gift, tied up with a pretty bow 💓

I understand exactly what you're saying. I do the same thing. Laundry means "wash a load of dark uniforms, hand dark laundry to dry, fold and put away dark laundry". I saw a video yesterday about being neurodivergent, and a gentleman explained that a neurotypical person doesn't have to THINK about those things, but a neurotypical person has to process it...like work through the steps in their mind. I have to say, though, that I feel an sense of accomplishment, at the end of the day, when I can see a list of all I have completed. I would tell anyone to check the reviews for the products, and when it comes to clothing, always, always, always, check the fabric content. I try to make sure tshirts are 100% cotton or at least 85% cotton. I also wash in cold water and hang to dry. As far as electronics, I've ordered a keyboard and mouse, head phones, phone charges, and the power bank, and have had no issues.

Thank you so much for your prayers! The cataract surgery last Monday went well and the surgeon says my recovery is remarkable. I'll know more about the hysterectomy after I see the gyn-oncologist on Wednesday.
