I took some time alone, Did a little extra Bible reading, a little extra journalling, then took a long, hot bath and went to bed early. I'm feeling so much better!
My next video is about how much I hate walking in the cold, so im not walking. I used to get these feelings, but im on a mood stabilizer that really helps. ❤❤❤❤
I just saw my doctor, earlier this week. I talked to him about SAD, since this time of year has such a negative influence on me. I felt like he just blew it off. Then he renewed my regular Rxs. Idk what the problem is. I know that holidays are REALLY hard, I HATE the colder weather, and I want to sleep until the sun comes up, then go back to sleep as soon as it sets. I can’t stand when it’s dark outside. So, it’s just a miserable time of year.
Yuck. Sometimes we just have those days. Have you ever read the book "The Gift of Fear"? Your subconscious probably picked up on something and now is sending your conscious alarm bells.
