Master Duel Ranked Season 31 Runick Replays
This video shows some of the replays of duels from Season 30 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel Ranked using a Runick deck. This deck uses Runick spells to win the duel by banishing cards from the opponent's deck. This is an unusual win condition, since other decks usually win by summoning many monsters that can attack to inflict damage. With Runick, it is possible to win without summoning any monsters, which makes it an interesting deck in my opinion. Floodgates were also used since they limit the opponent's options, which makes it more difficult for the opponent to remove cards such as Runick Fountain, or cards that stop attacks. To me this is the perfect representation of when the memverse is created( the music is peaceful, with lofi vibes yet there are a few glitches that could indicate a flaw in the memverse's system), then order slowly taking control of it ( the music is wayyy more glitchy and messy, completely all over the place, the more cutsy part at 2:27 could be order making the memverse seems like a safeplace and trying to get more people connected ) and finally when order has fully taken control of the memverse ( the music is not only the creepiest out of the 3 ost with "music box" kind of sounds in the background but also the most elaborated, it's less glitchy, messy than the two others, also there's an instrument that sounds like an alarm, as Eight, Acht, Pearl and Marina are considered as intruders) those ost are genius

nice video. just wondering on your thoughts about nibiru and soul release in striker? I feel like ppl play into nib all the time and soul release helps alot with the current meta decks.
Soul Release is useful against decks such as Snake-Eye that have cards with effects that can be used in GY (such as Promethean Princess), or cards in GY that can be moved out of the GY by another effect (such as level 1 fire monsters). It is also a normal spell card that can be added to hand by Thrust, so it is a good card for Sky Striker. I did not use it since there are some decks that Soul Release is not very useful against (such as Rescue-ACE, Floowandereeze, and Kashtira), and I did not play against many Snake-Eye decks. Nibiru can also be useful if the opponent summons 5 or more monsters in a turn, but it is sometimes possible for the opponent to negate it (such as with Rulkallos, Arvata, or Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord), or continue playing after it is used, so it is not always impactful. It is also a monster, and is summoned to the main monster zone, which can be useful for summoning Camellia, but while it is on the field, it prevents most Sky Striker spells from being activated, and it also prevents lightning storm and evenly matched from being used. I did not include Nibiru because I wanted to include more normal spell cards that could be used when going second, since they can be added with Thrust and can be activated on your turn, but you could include more hand traps instead. Nibiru would work better if more hand traps were used since it would be more likely to resolve and you could normal summon a hand trap to summon Camellia with Nibiru if you do not have any other monsters.
The part starting at 5:03 blew my mind to the point that I almost lost my first run that got there. So souv3nir starts off really chaotic, with the 20 seconds leading up to this part sounding like a very intense EDM like buildup. But instead of the expected drop, the song turns into something almost lofi or future bass, using a fairly common chord progression that I really didn't expect to hear in Splatoon music and especially not in this particular song. They establish the progression and new style for JUST 4 BARS, then change the key down by a semitone and add really heavy drums. It hit me like a truck the first time I heard it, this is one of the most effective 1 2 punches I've heard in any music ever. They totally subvert your expectations, give you 6 seconds to recover, and then hit you even harder with that key change. I seriously can't get over this song.
