AGT Mower King stump jumper install.
If you have this brush cutter you need this stump jumper upgrade. The Tbar just doesn't cut it. I got about 8 hrs of light duty use with mine before the welds cracked and then the Tbar bent and started rubbing the top plate of the brush cutter. By adding the stump jumper and heavy duty blades this thing is amazing. Cuts 4" trees down with ease. It's a bit more scary to operate as well. I might be investing in a thicker front door on the skid steer real soon. I ordered the 12 spline stump jumper on Amazon. I got the bolt kit and blades from Bomgaars, King kutter branded blades and bolts were cheaper at Bomgaars than anything I could find online.

Tracker CNC Plasma table Mach 3
Просмотров 1455 месяцев назад
This was my very first CNC plasma table back in 2018. Tracker CNC plasma. I eventually created a down draft setup for it that worked very well, but I cut a lot of 16 gauge and needed a water table. Eventually purchased a crossfire XR.

To slow! I’m running my little cnc at 230 ipm! And producing nearly zero dros! I have the little crossfire table. I picked up the Lotos LTP5500D CNC plasma cutter off Amazon and it runs awesome! That said, the ipt 60 torch handle it comes with is garbage and you can only use Lotos consumables. They’re just different enough that other standard ipt60 consumables WILL fit BUT it’ll misfire like crazy because Lotos are assholes. So, I picked up a machine torch built by Plasmadyn based in MO (Missouri) modeled perfectly on the Hypertherm x45 torch and uses Hypertherm consumables, or just buy the ones made also by Plasmadyn! Holy shit the difference is NO COMPARISON! PlasmaDyn makes a fucking awesome machine torch for $300! And their consumables are literally a quarter of the cost of Lotos consumables!
What happened is that I also have a bobcat 731 with the same symptoms
what is the easiest fastest way to learn to operate this plasma machine ?
Can you use this like subwoofer in the car ? Using the aux ?
I just got the same lathe. Going to try to get it going this weekend using a vfd converter. Do you have 3 phase or are you running a converter?
I have a standard flow skid steer that has 15 gpm. I was considering this same attachment.. by any chance do you know if it would work correctly?
Did you run power directly to the battery or do you have a busbar setup?
Very informative video, man. I noticed the cut isn't exactly 90°... I've noticed that on some of the plasma cut parts I've ordered in the past also. How do you remedy that, or is it just normal? I just ordered the xr and plan to cut 1" so any advice would be appreciated.
did you find out the problem mate
Any update? my Gehl R105 is making the same noise
Is there an app to adjust the bass/treble?
I am looking at buying the same brush cutter. I was wondering how yours is working out for you?
I had to swap the hoses around to make it work properly. I love it. Can't beat it for the price. I did replace the Tbar setup with a stump jumper and HD blades. I have another video on that as well. Still running strong.
@@Curtis_Schwoeppe_Enterprises Thanks 👍
Any update on fixing the whine noise?
Have you found anything causing it?
what the heck is it 🤷♂️
🏆⭐🤗🙏 Thank you for sharing this
You are so welcome
Tell Mach1 you seen this video if you buy one😊
Just a question here, is your water level too high? Maybe affecting your cut quality?
true
Cutting counter clockwise?
Holes should be counter clock wise, permitter should be clock wise
Great advice. You should check out the Beck's Armory Machine torch holders for the XR. It has a laser cross that could reduce the time i takes to line up your torch with the pre-drilled pierce hole. :)
Do you happen to remember the settings when you did that cut?cheers
I just got a T650 with 7100 hours. Got ripped off of course. First skid steer. Left drive motor is making similar noises.
Solution. I swapped the hoses around and it started working just fine. Im still curious if there is a way to reverse or change rotation on maximum flow with the skid steer controls or if swapping the hoses around is the only answer.
Ohhhhh so that’s how you electrical start it I knew it
Ah, you sold the XR.
Yes. Sold the XR. Not sure what table I will end up with next. I hope to find a wider table. Until then I will be using the ArcDroid.
The XR plus a couple inches of width would be very nice. 48.5” sheets are a pain.
@@RutherfordConLLC exactly. need more width.
What happened with the XR table?
Any update?
I envy you for having enough time to cut 25mm (1 inch) with 65A. I use Hypertherm Powermax 125 and cut 25mm with 125A at almost 4x the speed. Cut quality is not that great but the parts I cut do not have to be that precise. I cut a lot of material, some 1000 tons or more per year. Most of it is in 10-25mm range but i often cut 30 and 35mm too with pre-drilled hole just like you did. At 125A you can pierce 25mm easily, i think i set my machine to 2 or 2.4 seconds pierce time (not sure, i have like 200 profiles for cutting) but 30mm is not suitable for pierceing. It is possible but it can (and usualy will) damage the cutting head due to erupting molten metal blown out by compressed air. In any case, great job and very nice cut quality. I had my doubts about 65A being enough for 25mm plate but at that low speed I am amazed how good it worked. Great job! You can check my channel and see how I work too, I would be happy to share experiences with you.
You need an XPR300 for cutting tons of 1" all day
@@rmkensington I agree, Powermax 125 is a great machine but I too believe that more powerfull power unit would be more fitting. When we decided to buy plasma cutter (working table is 6000x2000mm) it was initialy planned to be used for thin materials (0,5-10mm or so) and for stainless steel (we use a lot of stainless in our chemical department, very agressive materials there, sulphuric and nitrogen acid, chlorine...) but it turned out to be far more versatile and usable then planned. We definitely plan to go for a stronger unit but I am not sure about gases, due to price we would love to be able to cut only with air. There are also ideas to go for 40-60kW laser, prices are really going down for chinese equipment.
Rusted Stainless steel hmmm
Stainless steel will still rust in poor conditions and extreme environments.
I have a 1999 773G that whines more with lower throttle. Tracks straight and has plenty of power, but it just seems like it shouldn't be whining so much. It definitely doesn't whine as much as the one on the video. I do have some water in the fluid somehow- maybe that's what is causing it.
I flushed hydraulic fluid 6 times. Still have the noise. I'm starting to get use to it. Still aggravating as all hell though. I got this machine thinking it would be an upgrade from my older t200 but it's been nothing but a disappointment and more problems.
@@Curtis_Schwoeppe_Enterprises I've only flushed mine once. Maybe the older ones just whine. What made me think of it was when I rented a new one a few weeks ago. There was zero transmission noise. When I bought it 2 years ago all major components had been replaced. Engine, final drive, and at least 3 other things. I'm hoping it's just its age
How old is the driver??
Are you just using air?
Yes just air from compressor
🤷 Promo SM
I made my replacement slats out of scrap 316 stainless steel. No more rust. Like the drain idea
Nice table I was looking at that one to buy for home hobby stuff. I have a spot in my basement. Not that pricy for what you get.
Hold er down and hope for the best 😂
great videos man! i have same setup and i am running into issues cutting 1/4" without a bevel. what kind of feedrate do you suggest for 1/4"?
I really need more info from you before I can answer your question properly. There are so many things that need to be considered for making a perfect cut. First check and make sure you have a good clean ground and make sure your ground cable isn't rolled up in a bunch of loops hanging up or on the floor. Grind a spot on the work piece where you attach ground clamp. Confirm you have new quality sync consumables. Confirm your hypertherm book settings are correct for pierce height cut height pierce delay and cut speed. If you do all these things and your still not getting the desired results then you will have to take a video of test cuts and send it to me and I will do my best to solve your issues.
You should check out lift arc studios. He has a 5 by 10 shop Sabre. Has great information on it and is tied in with shop Sabre now. Does some thick cuts on a welding table in one video with I believe over 500 holes in 5/8. Also jd squared has a nice table. I like both company’s have awesome tech support and shop Sabre now owns Langmuire
what did you get out of it??
I'm interested in understanding your choice to switch from one plasma table to another instead of considering a upgrade to a fiber laser cutting machine. Could you share your reasons? I currently own a Pro, and it works great!
I cut 1" so a fiber laser doesn't make sense
@@Curtis_Schwoeppe_Enterprises Certainly, specifying a high-powered fiber laser table for cutting 1" would be a whole new level.
I can't afford a laser table. If you or any other company wants to send me one to try out I would be more than happy to post up some videos on RUclips.
I've only had my pro up and running about 3 months or so and im struggling with finding the time to actually get my few jobs for people done, but ive had the thought that if i get to the point that i want to expand to a bigger table, I've had the idea of using my pro as the guts to just make the table bigger myself. I feel like it would mostly be a bunch of square tubing and buying longer lead screws. Maybe im crazy but i feel like i could do it. Probably will be several years at my current rate. I am very curious what the price range is for the next sizes up like 6x12s.
I arrived at your channel from your Facebook ad selling the table. 👍
First off air compressor you guys want or have the need for air get way from cheap junk and spend the money on a good unit commerical at minimum industrial is the way to go there is no better option Curtis Leroy Gardner Denver Quincy those are the brands you need to consider and yes I'm talking 10k units but you will buy them one time and never again for the rest of your life they are life compressors 30 40 year units. I use a 325 Quincy 21cfm 2 stage 5 horse motor 80 gallon tank and a inline dryer. Spend the money on your equipment and it will take care of you buy cheap and it will cost you more in the long run and possibly cost you your life. A unit like mine the same issue isn't possible
Did you fix this mate I have the same issue
It's at a local shop getting a new final drive installed and they are supposed to be fixing the power bobtach. Been there for over a month now. Taking way too long and I'm getting frustrated.
nice cut! hey i just bought same setup and was wondering if you setup each tool per thickness in fusion360? did you go off cut chart in book?
Yes I have my tool list setup in fusion 360 for sheet thickness but also for fine cut and different materials. Like crs, stainless, aluminum all have a different tool setup for each thickness.
NICE WORK.
Nice! Can I ask what your amps, ipm and cut height were?
Laser cutting?
Plasma cutting
Has the table been good for you? I have the XR as well but not completely functional yet.
I love the XR but I really need to relocate the plasma table in my shop. I want to isolate it from everything else. Right now its in the middle of my shop. I built a dedicated room for a plasma table with exhaust fan. I figured it was a good time to either sell this table and upgrade or get a brand new XR. Maybe some plasma table company will sponsor me a new table, that would be sweet. @@staybusybuilding2910
