December of 2012 we had a killer blizzard/whiteout in Goodland. I had a doctor's appointment in Sharon Springs that morning and went to the pharmacy there. The weather report said it would hit around 11:05am. Just as I could see the big water tower it was 11:03. It disappeared in a curtain of whitewithin 2 minutes. It hit at exactly 11:05am Goodland time. I barely made it home. That's how accurate the weather reports are on the great planes.

Welcome to the High Plains, boys and girls! Windstorms like this one are definitely not unheard of out on the High Plains. You’ll see a windstorm like this one out on the High Plains maybe once every year or two.

Newsflash people!!!!!! Xoxoxoxoxo……After watching the video,I am strongly persuaded to believe this is not a waterspout,but an actual tornado in formation………those multiple-vortices are very rare in a waterspout……..
