Yes Furnace should export files you can actually run on the machine, I think the fpga everdrives can usually play vgm's and emulate the bonus chips found in some carts / addons, also asked ctrix about his when I seen it at a show lol.

A DMG will choke on 6x, but a GBC/GBA can do it if you take care not to throw too many pitch modulations at it at once. I use 6x on all of my tracks and set the sequencer rate with the groove parameter, and they run just fine on my SP. I've only ever had one track that I absolutely had to bump down to 3x.

Great video, I feel much inspired! My kick tip would be to have even more kicks, as in layering a sampled kick with ma-... and there you mentioned it. 😂 My other kick tip is maybe more of a sound design thing, as in although these kicks are huge, you can make work with maybe just 4-6 ticks to capture the transient and some bass on the PU1 and leave room for other elements in your track.
