Hello there @ricepeas42 we recently removed the free plan due to misuse and we have very affordable subscriptions available across different tiers. Do try it out, the performance has been enhanced due to limited traffic!

Can this play a role of a "rescue device".. Let me share my similar such ordeal I faced.. So 10 days ago suddenly while working my Dell inspiron out of no where threw BAD_CONFIG_INFO error which means boot loading file not found...I rarely have any 3rd party downloads and regularly updated my laptop... The only option was to re-install Windows and thankfully it has worked..Wherein I made it to work by creating bootable USB media using Windows iso image....Thanks to the RUFUS utility tool... Which for damn hell sake only and only run on Win platforms and Chromebooks (which I had) that too not on ARM based processor devices... If I face such situation then would I be able to use this cloud Windows provided USB media gets detected so we can easily create a bootable device again since...I can't keep my usb only for that purpose...
No, the webbrowser is a sandbox. Meaning it has no access to hardware on whatever device. Also you don't need rufus to create a bootable usb. You can even create on android via OTG. Or if your really scared just buy a usb stick where you only have a recovery installation for windows...

Glad you asked about privacy. Getting straight to the point - Cloud has evolved a lot in terms of privacy. Only you can access your details in your instance. These are encrypted private containers. Also the apps & operating systems you use in local machines do talk to cloud at some point. We have documented in detail about how all these work - neverinstall.com/privacy. We know that many users don't read these as it comes out very technical. That's why enabled AI doc support. Use cmd/cntrl+K to ask the AI how the privacy works and it will give you summary.
The irony of asking a system called Neverinstall to install something makes me giggle, this looks awesome lol
You don't have to install Neverinstall. It is accessed from your browser. You can use any browser. We named it for a reason :)
