Wow! Thanks for posting his exercise. Jm a runner, but i feel like bring more limber is never a bad thing. For me anyway. Trying to aee my body as a machine, a means to get my mind to where it wants to go, and to do that, i need to keep this machine in as good of a condition as i can. Of all machines man made, its amazing that our machine bodies are self healing, and can adapt to our environment.

That's not a "pistol squat". That's a transition from an SLS to a SLC (single leg squat - single leg crawl), and all obey to the Primal move. And it really works for everybody. Just try to perform it from an easy way step by step everyday until is completed

Instead of squats ive been doing a lot of squat holds while dribbling which takes away my mind from time. This helped me a lot with my knee pain. 🙏💪

Mike works mostly with basketball players but any athlete could benefit from his work, he’s definitely one of the best s&c coaches out there
Another tip even if youre not playing basketball, you hold a lot of negative energy in your hips so moving them around like stretching and dancing helps to remove it from your body
