    It's Japanese style, not Korean style. Traditional Korean food is not fried like this.

    yay, thank you for the fritter recipe, and in english too. Been searching for this after I watch the korean street food from JJin Food, there's no name to the each fritters, so I had to browse the internet. Found gamjajeon, kakiage (closer but not exactly what I'm looking for), until I saw #yachaetwigim in your video summary. This is similar to bala-bala/bakwan in my country (Indonesia). Only that we use carrot & cabbage mainly. And, oh, a lot of flour batter. But since I want more veggies in my fritters (and less cabbage), this recipes is truly refreshing. Will definitely trying this. THANK YOU for sharing!

    These are great! Thank you for the recipe! I was wondering if I make the egg and cabbage mixture in the evening, would it still be soft enough to use in the morning? (If I'm in a rush and want to just roll them up before I leave) or are they better freshly made?

      Dear Olivia, Thank you for watching. A mixture of cabbage and egg would be still soft. I don't think that it would be a problem. However, the taste should be a lot better when it's freshly made for sure. Because seaweed can't remain its crispiness due to moisture from cabbage.😍

    여의도에 엄청 맛있는 북엇국집이 있는데 비주얼이 비슷해서 놀랐어요!! 그 맛을 생각하며 보니 더 맛있어 보여요!! ㅎㅎ 해피 추석~ 또 만나요~~~
