Yes of course!! He's already proven to be a draft steal with the way he's played this season... And you have him working under Darko... Who was part of OKC and Memphis' growth... As well with the Raptors, who hands down, have the leagues best player development team. They would be able to bring the best out of a player that has so much potential. They've done it time and time again (Siakim, OG, Van Vleet, Norman Powell)... If Mogbo puts in the work, which he's already shown he's willing to do, he will be able to reach his ceiling. Also... Keep an eye out for our other draft pick Ulriche Chomche... 7 foot play maker... Raw prospect but has MASSIVE potential.

Raptors did well in the 2nd round of that draft. Mogbo, Shead and even getting Chomche who signed a two year G league contract which is basically unheard of, have all looked good in their own way. Raptors are still one more season, if not two, from competing for a playoff spot. But these are the types of small wins a team needs to build around any hits at the top of the draft or via trade.

I like Achiuwa and I hope he remains a Knick I recognize that the Knick front office has interest in Walker Kessler and Jonas Valanciunas both represented by CAA which has close ties to Leon Rose When Mitchell Robinson , a true defensive center ,returns to the line up , Towns can play PF when they play together The flexibility of Towns and Achiuwa to play center and Power forward will give opposing teams fits when Robinson returns . Teaming them together with Brunson , OG , Hart , Bridges, Deuce and Payne will make an unstoppable nine man rotation with enough minutes and shots for all of them ! Looks like they will need some time to get healthy and gel together The future is also bright with Kolek , Sims , Hukporti , Dadiet , Toppin & McCullars

I don’t care what anybody says Thibodaux is a horrible coach and the reason why he’s a horrible coach is because he has such a short bench, by the time his players reach the playoffs. They are exhausted and it’s the exact reason why the Knicks lost in the playoffs last season. They were exhausted by the time they got to the third round of the playoffs and it’ll happen again this season because they will be exhausted y the Eastern conference finals. It’s the reason why all of Thibodaux players end up hurt like Derrick Rose and have players that get constantly injured and have short careers.

@@Sports_Insight @dorkasaurus_rex I watched 200+ games of Precious with the Raps and he is one of the most enigmatic players in the league. Full stop. Elite defender - yes... but he's also a 6th year 25y/o 6'8 big that's perhaps the WORST screen setter in the league....and just as Riley and Ujiri are rightfully respected, you have to acknowledge they also were pretty willing to trade him away when a decent offer came up. Both him and OG thrive with smaller roles while struggling mightily to scale that up to their next level (OG - secondary star, Precious - starter) which makes the trade make sense - a rebuilding team passed on them seeing their ceilings as elite complimentary role players, and the Knicks picked them up strictly to fill those roles rather than a theoretical ceiling of potential years away (like Quickley and Barrett who are both thriving and dark horse All-Stars this season @ 23 and 25y/o). Win-Win.
