Bridge Fire Explodes in size timelapse #BridgeFire
The Bridge Fire has exploded to 10x in size on Tuesday September 10th after starting on Sept 8th 2024 at 2:12PM. This is a timelapse of that day (Sept 10th) at 600x speed in an 4k 60fps format. There are also a variety of replays zoomed in for viewing convience. As I mentioned in the video, the 8k and HDR did not appear to process correctly, so it is stuck at 4k standard definition.

Driving at Mach 5 from Los Angeles to San Francisco (360 Degree Timelapse)
Просмотров 18710 месяцев назад
Process: Obviously this video is sped up 60x to achieve the look of driving at Mach 5 on ground level. I used an Insta360 ONE RS Twin Edition to capture the footage at standard def 6k 30fps, stitched in their software, used ffpmeg to extract frames from the export, and combined all the frames as .exr files using a custom python script I wrote. This achieves a higher dynamic range that I then st...

This was a short film I made over the course of 4 days for David and Brooke's Not So Real Film Contest a few months back. All prompts for the short films came from the book "My Movie Ideas" By Clark Allen who was also a guest judge. My Prompt was "A Pasta That Must Be Preyed Upon and Captured in the Wild is Hunted Nearly to Extinction". I utilized Unreal Engine and Quixel assets for the most pa...

I clicked on this expecting to see an actual bridge on fire...
@@greatunz67 sorry for the letdown
When I first saw it, I thought they were one of those massive clouds, what a terrible thing. Unfortunately it is still gonna be hot here so no rain
Very fitting backdrop for the current state of the world. This is how it's felt living in California the past two decades. Everything burning around you and nobody caring.
This will continue to happen until they start doing proper management and removing brush, cutting down trees too close to another, etc
I live in the High Desert nearby Barstow. What made this a bit more concerning for our family is both the Bridge and Line fires started nearby places where my parents used to live. (Line fire was in Highland, Bridge fire nearby Upland) My Dad's childhood home was close to the Upland Heights area by 13th Street, and there were talks that the fire could make a turnaround and start to head south towards Upland. Luckily the firefighters worked hard to prevent that from happening. That could have actually been a potential risk for the entire Inland Empire region had that happened considering how large it already was just within the first 12 hours. It was no surprise to me that it went so fast across the mountains as that particular range has a lot of steep mountains and hills. I actually expected that. What I didn't expect was exactly HOW fast it burned though. Went to bed one night, woke up the next morning and checked the perimeter size, and... holy CRAP! After two weeks, the Bridge fire is almost completely out, with really just the burn areas still lightly smoldering. The Line fire, however, is still going fairly decently. The past few days we've gotten smoke wafting over here.
Good view of Jupiter rising too!
I loved every second of this video I mean seriously well done
@jeremymay7678 thank you! 😊
Look like Los Angeles is 😡 Mad!
I would love to see a full timelapse with data overlays! This is amazing footage of how forest fires can evolve!
Footage like this really get the freaks off that start these devastating fires ! I detest that someone could deliberately or carelessly start these fires that cause so much damage & devastation to not only their local environment but also the global climate.
Babylon's burnin, Babylon's burnin, With anxieteeeee!, with anxieteeeee!
ZZzz
What bridge fire?
Wait... YOU'RE TELLING ME THOSE WEREN'T CLOUDS???
These fires are not natural ,just like Hawaii 🧐. I wonder wh🪐 is behind them? The world may never knowze.
I was there about two weeks ago when it started, in Highland, at Yaamava Casino near mountains, the fire was so close and yet we decided to go inside and play slots.
@@humbertovazquez3733 😂
The pryrocumulus clouds remind me of the sand under water when you wave your hand really fast
Whatever your 8k to youtube workflow happens to be is PERFECT!
Trevor doing his best to keep a low profile
I think the infographic thing would be neat to see, especially if it's timed with the video like a map
Volcano?
Maps seem like it's burning between (state?) 32 and I-15? Mostly just worried about Mt Wilson Observatory; but it seems way East of that. Was in Orange county 25-ish years ago for the Laguna Canyon fire. That one produced some monster smoke clouds as well.
All that smoke from that was in Vegas it was scary
That's a scary view and i live there
Toom Sky is On Fire to the whole new level honestly
Amazing footage! Thank you for the video. Originally from Torrance and haven't been back for years.... maybe a good idea lol.
This is phenomenal. I would definitely be interested in those other videos you are considering!
What did you shoot this on (equipment)?
Sony a7r4 with a 90mm lens
2:07 what are those white dots in the sky? are those stars?, if so, they must be SO bright!
@thecamocampaindude5167 probably planets or stars if they're traveling in the same direction, otherwise there were also planes and helicopters
this is the first 8k vid ive ever watched and my god
If you know geohistory of California this is normal, California historically has drought weather one drought lasted 2,000 years within the last 10,000 years and had roughly 500 years of rain spread out in the 10,000 years. And one period was between 1900 to 2000 which had abnormal wet weather which we thought was typical California weather.
Great footage! A bit too much exposition in the beginning, but otherwise a good video.
I saw the little dipper scroll by in the night sky, that was fantastic sir.
I can't see the bridge. 😮
K K y'all. It's a joke.
4k 60 FPS for that long? Do you have the hard drive the size of a building? Wow.
1 petabyte 😅
B-b-but that’s where the Hollywoodland sign lives!
Want interested, but you got me watching anyway. good work.
Who the hell wants to live in a place with so much smog, the air quality must be horrendous, it's like London in the 50s!
Incredible pictures. I'll bet it smelled great!
@steves7896 thanks, luckily I didn't find out as the wind kept East enough for the smoke to never come down to me
Cali just stays on fire
1:05 holy smokes
When you say “Ten X” is that because you don’t know that 10X means “Ten Times”??? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I could only see the top of the pyrocumulus clouds from Burbank since I was so close to the verdugo mountains but wow that's crazier than I thought it was
That smoky sunrise was insane It blacked out the whole town
9/10
The Sky is in Flames!!
God what an annoying voice. 😅 Just wanted a Timelapse.
Great video 👏🏼
What is that light @ 2:18 that rises up from left to right into the atmosphere?? 2:18
