Not sure about the tab but Ultimate-Guitar has all the chords and lyrics for the song. I just worked out the tab for the instrumental part by ear. Once you get the instrumental part, the rest of the song is not too dissimilar. Is it the mandolin or another instrument you play? Good luck!

Hi Eddie, thanks for the useful feedback. Sorry it’s too fast. Will bear this in mind for future videos. It’s not ideal but you can change the settings on RUclips so that the playback speed is slower. Hope that helps so you can use the video. 👍

If you give up straight away then maybe, it's 4 simple chords and a basic down up strumming pattern, I'm a beginner and found it great

Excellent Rob, pleased to hear the videos are useful. Learning songs by ear takes a while but keep going and it’ll get easier. The reason I put the tabs on screen is that often I find just having the first few notes of a tune is enough to learn the rest. I remember as a kid just listening and re-listening to the same bits of songs (often the Pogues on vinyl!) and trying to play along. It was tricky but fun! 👍

@@robbiemontgomery581Fantastic! My brother went to some of the early Pogues gigs and he said they were crazy! I’ve seen them once but only after Shane left the band. They were supporting the Levellers in Sheffield in the mid 90s. Great gig!
