Great review very informative. Having that extra knob far right is genius. Especially vertical welds, freezes the puddle quicker than not having it.I think run on 220 and gas it will be a nice machine.

Guys HAVE to use a 12AWG extension cord. It WOULD BE nice if the outlet and feed to the outlet are 12awg too. I have a long run to my Garage and the 14/2 romex gets hot. These PSU DO NOT care about voltage drop. They just internally regulate and suck more amps and can over temp without tripping the breaker. So that supply wire and outlet can get toasty. A 15amp outlet over time can degrade to over heating. Mine did welding SS at max output Volts on 120v.

Fairbanks??? In 1971 after a combat tour in Vietnam I was stationed in Michigan with a Cpt from Fairbanks ... he bought a camper as he was leaving the Army. He showed me photos of the winter there ... my Uncle had lived after WWII in Anchorage, Alaska, which the Cpt called the Banana Belt? I grew up in Northern Michigan and Fairbanks just looked too cold... LOL ... Love the camper.

Hi there , could you explain a little more about the sliders you've built here to pop up the camper..? The plastic groves you cut on a table saw have a square tubing that slides inside them which give the effect of raising the other 3 components of the camper ? Your response is greatly appreciated.

One thing I would have done, Add a 4-5 foot or a Knee High Wall on the Second Floor so You could At Least Stand in it and not have to Crouch, specially once you get older or have a Bad Back. Other than that, Nice Cabin.
