So it was really nice to see your review of the Veranda. I think we’ll give that a go as well when we take our cruise this November. We are the queen Mary, instead of the queen Elizabeth. But I suspect it’ll be just as good.

Thank you for posting this. We have booked stateroom 4106 for an Alaska cruise this summer. Although being a Q3 it is supposedly bigger than a Q4 (which we have had once) it looks exactly the same. But I'm not complaining. Those semi-divided suites are my favourite.

Very informative video. My wife and I are looking at a Cunard cruise to Alaska in 2025 and will go for the Queens Grill level experience. A couple of questions; We are looking at a Queens Grill Penthouse suite - do you have any tips on what are the best suits to choose? In the Queens Grill restaurant, is a tie and jacket, or suit required? and can you choose where to sit in the restaurant? We absolutely want to have a private table to ourselves - were they available? Many thanks for any advice you can provide. Cheers.

Thank you for posting this. Almost four months ago we disembarked the QE in Vancouver and I am still suffering withdrawal symptoms. Perhaps I shouldn't watch these reminiscences, but I can't help it. It was our fourth time on the QE and the first time in Queens Grill. We didn't see caviar on the menu (a friend asked us about it, but we don't like it) and there was no sign of a traditional Caesar salad being prepared tableside. Maybe the trolley was far from us, and we couldn't see it and didn't ask. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in QG - and the suite was the best accommodation we have had on any ship, even better than on the QM2. I hope we can back on soon.

I'm a little late, but THANK YOU very much for this video. We have watched other videos (old and new) on star class, but this one was extremely helpful to understand what we are in store for on our next cruise. Questions: When they delivered coffee, lunch, dinner, decorations, etc. to the cabin did you have to get up (especially in morning) to get the door or do they simply deliver at your designated time? If you order dinner from multiple specialty restaurants for in suite dining is the food delivered all at once/hot? For bumper cars, were you escorted to the SeaPlex or do you just show up and someone places you to wait in a special line/can you go more than once a day or more than once within the days on ship? Thank you!

They don’t serve High Tea on the Queen Mary 2. They serve Afternoon Tea.

My family and friends just did our first Star Class suite on Wonder of the Seas and Claudio was our Genie and he was awesome. We all truly enjoyed our first Star Class experience and thinking of doing another one in the years to come. Loved your video.

Well presented. Good photography and narration. If you don’t like this type of service or formality, don’t take Cunard. The entire cruise industry is so highly segmented, you can pick the line appropriate to you.

We had a month long cruise on the QM2. We lost weight and got fitter. We were nice and trim. It was so easy. We just cut out all high carb foods and most sugared foods. Even though the desserts looked tempting there was more than plenty good food to choose from. Much better than being a slob.

The ship is getting old and boring. Just came back from 16 days Cunard. It degraded a lot. food quality and quantity BAD. especially at the Lido. Super short handed. It is at the Carnival cruise style. No dance host, no queens room Hostess, no professional dancer exhibition, etc. will not recommend for this price ( we are diamond on Cunard, not a newbie)
