Great video! Love your footage and editing! I've spent a good amount of time in Seattle. I love the city, with all of the little coffee shops, bookstores, and restaurants. The longest stretch I've spent in Seattle was three weeks during the winter time, but, unfortunately, it rained every single day while I was there. I grew up in a sunny area, so I don't care for rain and cloudy days. Looks like the weather was quite nice while you were visiting!

It definitely takes planning and effort to prepare your own meals, but it's so worth it. You save a ton of time and money, and, since you made it yourself, you know exactly what you're putting into your body. I also like your statement about how "you fall to the level of your systems." This is so true. I once attended a business workshop on the importance of "systems". I remember the instructor saying that a bad system will result in even your most talented and hard-working employees to fail. Either they will fail, or they will become so frustrated working within an inefficient system that they will quit. Thank you for the book recommendation! I will definitely check out Atomic Habits!

Hey hey! i would like to get some tips from you to understand my Bestfriend, We got really close over the years and talked basicly everyday even if it was only for 5 min.. But recently her social battery got depleted so i said that i respected it and told her to reach out when she feels it again.. i havent talked to her for over a month ( i do talk to her husband tho hes also a close friend) I miss catching up with her and the part that makes all of this even more hard is rhar i am being in a depression for almost a year u got any tips?

Great video! Have you always been an avid reader from a young age? That's my one regret. I didn't read much as a kid. I think young kids who read a lot really benefit from the brain development that reading provides. Can't help but feeling that I missed out on that opportunity to reap reading benefits at a young age, but I do my best now, as an adult, to read as much as I can. Better late than never...

Love all of your videos, but your ones on books/reading are definitely my favorite! You have a real talent of giving a great summary of a book without accidentally giving up any spoilers. Your video about "A Little Life" inspired me to give that book a read, which was a stretch for me, since I normally don't read fiction. I prefer non-fiction and biographies/autobiographies. REALLY enjoyed A Little Life, for so many different reasons. But I can imagine how difficult of a read it would be for a person who has had any type of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse in their lives. I will definitely give Roxane Gray's, Hunger, a read. Great video! My method of "organization" if you want to even call it that, is not very efficient at the moment. My "to do" lists are partially on my phone, partially on Post-it notes stuck to my bathroom mirror, and on little pieces of scrap paper strewn about on my desk. I really need to get organized! I like the quote on your dashboard about systems. I remember attending a seminar once where the speaker, who was mainly speaking to leaders/managers said, "Even your most talented and motivated employees will fail if you do not provide them with a great system to work in."

I'm really loving your content! What I love most about your videos is you have a gift of showing that peace and tranquility can be found in doing simple, everyday things - like opening your windows, putting away your clothes, making breakfast, etc. The ability to do these simple things for one's self is often taken for granted by many. They're taken for granted, until the day comes when one can no longer do them.
