Just got one of the same models, the bar that the laser rides on was outside of the case and when powered on all inputs are either delayed or don't go through. Wish me luck 😭

Jag har en liknande VCR. Problemet med min är att när jag ska ejecta bandet så drar den inte in själva magnetbandet in i kassetten och den vill då inte ejecta bandet. Vad kan felet vara då?

I think the load gear having timing issue. I can see there is arrow on the two cam gears. How can I set it? Please please please help.

I hope you're still active on here, as I have an R7G that's giving me fits. The tray will recess, at which point I'll hear what sounds like a motor whining. It'll do that for a few seconds, then eject the tray. I've tried both LDs and CDs. There is NO movement of the spindle during all this. Any ideas? It would be a crime to just junk it, as I have no idea if anyone stateside would even touch such a device in 2024.
