@@prairievintage I was thrown off a little bit because I haven't been obsessing over messaging them or anything like that. But truth be told that obsessive behaviour or shadow behaviour or attachment to this person- whatever it is has been an embarrassment in a sense that I've just tried to ignore in hopes it would go away because it's seemed far too complicated/crazy to address. Maybe that's what's been causing me a lot of problems because I often feel so drained or anxious, something is clearly out of balance. But I'm not spiraling with those negative thoughts and feelings these days through practice of mindfulness, which is certainly helpful. 🥰 And I don't need to be overly harsh or critical to self when I do fall into what I may perceive as weakness!

Yes. Do not judge or supress. Let it flow snd accept self wherever you're at. It is all valid and pointing at a certain showdow self within you that needs to be seen, integrated snd transmuted so its not fragmented. This is why its intense.
