Piano Sonata No. 21 "Waldstein" Op. 53, 1st Movement by Ludwig van Beethoven
Written in 1804 for Count Gabriel von Waldstein, this is considered Beethoven's second hardest sonata, only behind the titanic "Hammerclavier". The Waldstein is a key early work of Beethoven's "Heroic" decade (1803-1812) and set a standard for piano composition in the grand manner.

"Fly Me to the Moon", originally titled "In Other Words", is a song written in 1954 by Bart Howard. The first recording of the song was made in 1954 by Kaye Ballard. Frank Sinatra's 1964 version was closely associated with the Apollo missions to the Moon. In 1999, the Songwriters Hall of Fame honored "Fly Me to the Moon" by inducting it as a "Towering Song".

Excellent. I'd rather watch a sight reader play, over those who spend a year learning a piece by memory. Great recoveries and the ability to hold nerve is very impressive. I fall to pieces playing in front of family members.

Yes I am! Many of my concerts take place at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and senior centers. They love to hear many of the songs they they grew up with.
