Best of luck with finding a PA. I too have CP and I have hydrocephalus and eyesight issues. I had trouble finding the right care and getting it paid for. My husband is my PA.

You are so lovely. well somehow i managed to not see this before, but i recently unsubscribed from almost all of my subscriptions, and have since realised the plethora of videos some were making- was burying other videos, which i really would have wanted to see. anyway, i'm substantially pared down now :)) i absolutely believe these issues are of foundational and exponential importance. i so appreciate Your taking time to adresse them. i think of these issues everyday, as i am convinced the world, societies and communities are suffering terrible losses each day, due to a lack of understanding and focus on the development of human capital, on which we all depend so heavily. i forget, from Your other video filmes, but are You at uni now?

You are certainly delightful! You might get more response if you outlined just what tasks would be required, including just how "personal" in nature (such as if includes dressing, batching, toilet, diapers, etc.). Also, to indicate just how much you would pay, given all the great qualities you are seeking. Ideally, the best "assistant" would be if you were to have a boyfriend or husband. Believe me, ones who would just LOVE to be all of that to you DO exist!

Hi, thanks for the video, very good video. I see that the services are less available too and this has been this way since I was 18. I am also from the UK. I studied at Swansea university for a year but then transferred to Reading university. I spread CP awareness too. I have spastic CP and hydrocephalus.

Hey! Good, that you can understand my English😃 This first attempt is very good, please make new videos! I have many questions, you can answer this in a video or show us how you live when you want: 1. School life 2. standing/walking 3. experiences (how people react when they see you: maybe there are people who think you are "crazy in head"?) 4. understanding (do all the people understand you?) 5. things which you do each day (eating, drinking, go from wheelchair into bed or whatever😉) 6. making videos (it takes how much time, it takes power? for example) 7. travelling (do you travel very far, is it able to do simply) 8. contact new people (make friends...) 9. life (do you have a own house, do you live at your parents' house...) 10. driving car (I've heard there are people with CP who want) 11. hobbies 12. how much is your disability in your life (it affects you, how and so on...) hope that you'll answer me, I would be happy😀

I met you in matalan carms, great video, i wish you all success. The next time i see friends of ours whom their daughter is of a similar age to you and also with cerabal palsy, i will mention to them to watch this video, maybe to meet up and discuss issues as well. I think youve done a great thing with confidence.

I'm German but I hope you can understand my English😉 I think everyone around the world should have respect for you because you live your life with more barriers than a "normal" human. An awesome effort Shahd. I too have CP ... I'm a sole parent of an amazing 8 year old boy. I'm in a manual chair full time but this doesn't stop me parenting. I wish there were people like you near me. You are awesome and a good example of what people with "disabilities" can do if they put their mind to it.
