Saw her perform in the 1990’s. She had the most phenomenally powerful vocal I had ever heard in any concert. I was stunned. I knew she had a great voice, but hearing it live. There are no words. It shook the stadium.
Pat Benatar was a little fox back in that era! One of my favorite voices of all-time as well. Saw her live in Pittsburgh but not until 1999 and 2001. Great shows.
I sooooooooooo miss the 80's.

Didn't get to see her live until the Seven the Hard Way tour, but man, she brought the goods. "Red Vision" to start that concert was just epic!

Pat and I were born the same year. Boy does time sure fly. Last I saw her was at the US Festival in 83;.
Well me an bertha made it there barely,i had an ol souped up 50 chevy that kept over heating on the way,so we jus got there in time,it was a helluva day an night too,we got a motel an bertha really rocked it good all night long,i think she enjoyed the whole day,well? It went from over heating to over eating so about 5 years later lil bertha had gotten big as a house an i had to send her on her way,idk what happened to her,but i bet she still has fond memories of this day an night as i do THANK YOU SO MUCH PAT BENETAR AN BAND!! An thx for posting this as well!!

Myron Grombacher is maybe the most underrated drummer of the 80’s. I love watching him perform, he’s incredible.
i'm no drumming expert or anything; but i always enjoyed myron and steve smith - both great guys too.
I think he's a great drummer, too, so please believe that I'm only gently teasing when I say he reminds me of Animal, the drummer from the Muppets.

As usual she is the greatest! But her drummer is extremely weak and the drump set sounds like oatmeal boxes with soup canned symbols. Just terrible. (Former studio drummer) The backup vocals are pretty sad as well. Thankfully, Pat is good enough to overcome any deficiencies! The Queen of rock!
I've always thought her drummer is great - He sounds like crap here bc he's way too high in the mix. This performance is from the US Festival - it's not one of the band's normal tour performances, so that's going to present issues.

Thank you for putting this up! Pat Benatar is my favorite rock vocalist. Not just female vocalist, but my favorite vocalist, period! She sings with so much passion ,conviction , and technical precision. Powerful stage presence and the lyrics are thoughtful, vivid, and powerful as well . ❤
