Correct. I place my spare run flat tires in the trunk and make do wirh the little space when I go food shopping. I'm im taking someone to the airport the spare tires cones out. Worst case scenario is AAA to the rescue if I need it to tow me back to my house to get my spare.

Yes they do work, but NO lights at night and you cant really use the buttons in the dark!

It's a 2015 Model, maybe the series do not have LEDs on the steering commands? Its a S500L AMG Line Auto...

Buy the fuse because it's cheaper and after the fuse buy the part. Before you buy the fuse, look at it and see if it is blown then buy it. Don't waste money if you don't have to.

No. You slide the air freshener bottle into the slot, and that is it. Adjust the amount with the know to allow more or little and that is it. I made a newer video on S560 Air Freshner a couple of weeks ago. You should definitely watch that dated 2024

The fuses are MF2 and 335. Check both fuses

For that year model car I am not sure the fuse number would be the same but check fuse 302 and 303. I am not sure about the temperature

The fuse number is probably different for your make and model car. To be sure Look at your fuse manual for your car. Both of my cars, the fuse manual came with the car in the trunk. One thing that I notice, their was a significant difference between my 2016 S550 and 2018 S560 S series cars and they were only 2 years apart.

Facelift was 2017 I belive, so theres where your difference comes from. But 2014(or end of 13)-16 should be the same tho..

I'm assuming the battery is brand new. Their are 4 fuse compartment for this car. 1 in the engine, 2 in the cabin and 1 on the trunk. I would check each and every fuse

I didn’t swap the battery yet but looks new too but I put a booster and a jump start on it no power, even if it was bad it would at least send some power to the car should I check the fuses under the hood in ur video the 3-4 blue fuses ? I will try to check all tomorrow but maybe those will be it?

Their is an option but you must be in the Media option for that to work.

@zezu4775 If that was the case when I purchase both my 2016 S550 and my 2018 S560 then I would get a spare tire in the trunk. Call the Dealership and they will tell you the same. That is the reason they did away with spare tires.

For the current car I did video on, was a 2016 Mercedes Benz S550

The best recommendation is to put a scanner on it, or find someone that has a scanner to Run a diagnostic on it. I'm surprised your mechanic did not do that. Oh yeah I forgot that will be a diagnostic fee.

@aquaqshark You have to replace the whole module. I believe I did service A and B video a while ago. I did not call it A or B but replace cabin filter, oil, brakes, etc. These video or all separate. There is a maintenance schedule video I did early on. Check that for starters.

If the car is running, turn it off. Now turn it on but only the accessories . Press the power button for the radio. Wait for the Mercedes symbol to turn on. If that does not work check fuse 208, 209, 317, Mf3, and 333. It seems your mechanic did more than change the cabin filter.

You need power going to the car regardless. See if you can pop the hood and hook up a battery charger to the positive and negative terminal. It is on the same side of the coolant reservoir. You will have to remove the cover going to the coolant reservoir to see the negative terminal. The positive terminal which has a red cover is self explanatory

No, my ride is soft because I converted all my tires to non run flat tires. Big Difference

Yes. The non run flat tires absorbs the bump in the road vs. the run flat tiires feels like your riding in a school bus

I went to 1.20 time frame and did not see anything than I fast forward to see a small circle that looked like a steering wheel in the bottom middle of the dashboard. This symbol is used for a various of things which represents the Driving System. It has a lot of feature built inside of it such as Attention Assist, Active Steering Assist, Active Distance Assist Distronic plus and more. If you go to the Operator Manual go to the Driving System section for more explanation. Hope this help.

Not a chance. The machine has cloth that goes over it during the car wash. The cloth are split Into multiple pieces that moves foward and backwards. They slide right over the Mercedes Star while the car is moving

All car scanners come with the cord unless it is Bluetooth. In that case you plug that bluetooth part or the cable underneath the driver dashboard which every car has that both foreign and domestic. You cannot miss it. It is usually covered in a red or black cover that you can slide back to insert the part that has a bunch of pins on it
