Hello, Do we have to do the admission technical exams please?
You may have to give some complimentary exams like engineering economics , health and safety depending upon where you did your bachelor’s from. Apart from this there is no such technical exam that you will have to give.
if any student complete their study in french like 75% course in french so after that they need to show french proof ?
Yes you will still have to show B1 level of written and B2 level of spoken French.
Can we apply for CSQ with MIFI classes ?
If you attain the required level of French with MIFI then yes. It also depends on which stream are you applying (Quebec graduate or experience program).
very informative!
Hey, thank you so much for such informative content. I am following as you mentioned. I have question can I work on the basis of application while waiting for results? Or do I have to separately request work permit for that ?
Hello, you have to apply for work permit extension if you are waiting for your PR and your PGWP has expired. In no case you can work without a valid work permit.
Hello :) did they allow you to refer to notes during the last oral section? And did they give you some time to prepare for that section?
Hey! I don’t recall everything since it’s years I gave the exam but as far as I remember, there are no notes allowed in the final interview section. You might get some time to prepare for the interview though but I don’t remember completely. You may want to check OQLF website for any recent changes. All the best :)
i dont know french language and i got admission in TAV college office system and accounting but i want to chnage my college due to french and week in accounting and i am confuse tell me what can i do i chnage my city and move in another cuty or stay in montreal ???

How to check if my university falls under Washington accord or not ? Also, I thought the website mentions if the Country falls under Washington accord or not ? An i did see India in the list. After that should we check our university as well ?
Yes, after checking your country, you need to check your university as well. If you university is accredited by Washington then your bachelors degree would be directly recognized by OIQ.
Salut, j'apprends aussi le français. Ce serait super si tu postais une vidéo en français aussi.
Please note that as of November 2024 you don’t get incentivized for learning part-time French through MIFI program. Although the classes are still free to all who live in Quebec.
C'est pas vrai totalment parce que tu encore gagnes 920$ pour temps plein. Aussi MIFI a fermé beaucoup des l'écoles français. C'est bizzare puisque ils nous voulont parler français mais par contre, ils ont fait ça.
Is it only for Quebec or can i also join it ,i am in ottawa
No you have to live in Quebec in order to take the advantage of MIFI French classes.
How much dollar in Quebec pay to student for learning part tim French class.
You do not have to pay for French classes. Until November 2024, you were compensated to attend French classes by MIFI but now they do not compensate you. They also do not charge you and the classes are free.
I have 16 months of experience as a software engineer in quebec and recently was laid off. I am also learning french and currently at level 3. As to apply for PR in Quebec we need 2 years of work experience. Just wanted to ask what are my options now
Go outside Quebec with NCLC 7 in french and you can get your PR very easily with 1 Year of canadian experience only

Could you please explain the type of Theorique Exam, which will be in 3hrs? (The type of Questions, the hardness of exam and ....)
The exam will be 110 multiple choice questions and you need at least 60% correct answers to pass. It will be an ethical exam and will be more on practical situation based scenarios. If you are well prepared and have the concepts clear then it shouldn’t be difficult. Make sure you study the professional guide provided by OIQ before you appear to the exam.
Hello, my husband will be applying to Pec Travail. I need to do French test, or just him??
Hey if your husband is applying through PEQ then yes you will have to show French proficiency as well.

Are DESS courses (specialised Graduate Diplomas) , 30 credit full time in Montreal in french , is eligible for Quebec graduate stream providing that language requirements (TEF/TEFAQ/TCF) are met?
I'm a Quebecker. I pay taxes and I agree to pay for good immigrants like you to learn our common language. To prospective immigrants to Quebec, that you learn French is extremely important for us and we are serious about that. This is not English Canada. Treat us as if we were already an independent country. We are not going to let you alone. Immigrating and adapting to a new culture is hard but we are not abandoning you. Intégration goes both ways. You put effort and become better and we put effort by opening our hearts to you.
please share information about quebec graduate program.

We have to write all 4 listening, writing, speaking and comprehension right ?
If you are applying for federal then yes. If you are going for Quebec PNP then you dont have to give all 4.
@@thefrenchdesi oh okay , thanks I didn’t know it
Hi! If you have transitioned to a PGWP after graduate studies, but you want to get PR at the end, when should you apply for the PEQ? Thank-you!!
You can apply for PEQ anytime you want keeping in mind that all the conditions have been met. I don’t see any added value of applying at the end, rather just do as soon as you meet all eligibility conditions.
are there any updates on how PR will act for people who work in visual effects industry. What is francization profile
My work is included category Noc 1 but i don't have university degree, it will be problem to apply for PEQ?
No you don’t need a university degree. Although if you have a higher education, it will help you get more points but PEQ just like the name says, it’s more experience and language that matters.
guys, if anyone is reading this check the changes coming in November 2024 for "Conditions for Québec graduates for the Québec Experience Program".
I will be making a separate video on that soon.
Do we need to have job at the time of application?
I dont think so as long as you have completed the required number of years of experience. But dont quote me on this as I am not sure. It is always better to have a job while filing your PR but I haven’t heard from anyone that they need to be employed at the time of application.
Do they allow study permit for international student for french language course?
If you have all the required documents proving your legitimacy then it shouldn’t be a problem. You just have to make sure that you show right French proficiency before applying. It’s the same thing unlike other study programs where you have to show IELTS as English language proficiency.

Are these classes only for immigrants to Canada?
No they are offered to Canadians as well.
@@thefrenchdesi But I am not a Canadian, I live in the US.
@@ellymeikle5906 you have to be in Canada to be eligible to take the classes. Out of country is not an option for this.

Hi. Can you tell me about the cost of living in Montreal and Quebec? Is it too expensive to rent a house or even buy one? What about food and health services/medicines?
Hi cost of living in Montreal is pretty cheap as compared to other provinces. If you are a permanent resident then medical is free but waiting time is at least 7 hours in emergency. 1 bedroom apartment will cost you around 1500-1800$ per month. If you are covered under RAMQ, your medicines are covered under insurance.
Learning French is important to preserve the language in Quebec and Montreal. Being a bilingual country is one of the most beautiful things Canada has.
Well said and totally agree!
