Looks great until there is a heavy load. The weights and tiny gaskets blows once you add water or any weight to it. Have to do a million tiny loads or none at all. De doodleleedeedo. Blow it out your digital details. All would be excellent if it can handle doing a heavy load or medium load for a whirlpool. Going back to Normal Manual not that tough to spin a wheel press a button and close the lid all by myself. Latches by itself don't need electric lights or fancy seconds off my life music to tell me so i can hear it latch and feel it latch when i pull the knob to start. Sorry maybe next time but thank you samsung you sure did waste a mint on at least 3 guys trying to fix 1 rubber gasket that makes it spin excellent but can not handle a heavy load. Check the bolt after removing the impeller. Basically what you need is a flat head screwdriver in a drill and some sockets. Is that part is can make the machine leak because the metal is rubbing the plastic and over time it will create holes and if it fills up to that level it will leak the water. First thing you got to do is from the pulsator cap from the middle of the Impaler, get the 10 mm socket and unscrew that bolt on the bottom, then you have to get a 38 mm socket and tighten it up.
