One thing I have to say is that Sony is making a big mistake, not that they haven't been releasing remastered games lately, they even managed to get it right by making astro bot, but kind of Burying a game that was very popular for years is like throwing money away, man.

It's a stretch, but I'm really hoping they're doing this for stability in a future LBP4 where it includes all DLC

The new post about sony delisting LBP3 and all of the series' DLC was a bit of a gut punch, but to be honest if a fourth game is coming out, the engine for the first 3 games is frankly too old for PS5 standards. They would want to clean LBP3 off the slate as backwards compatability wouldnt be possible for levels , items, and DLC. Also removing it would put a lot more focus on a fourth game as even though it's bad news, maybe even the worst news, Sony are still acknowledging LittleBigPlanet to even the littlest degree, rather than quietly canning the entire series one day with no warning
