@@triplefelina hello!! The only thing you'd sort of NEED a ball handle for would be tosses! Otherwise you can try rocking the fingerloop if you like it, that's mostly preference. Everything here can totally be done with what you have though. If you want to try a ball grip you could definitely string your wand up with one from your flag. ☺️

@@Feather.01 Tosses are harder without a pomgrip tbh, BUT you can definitely learn to do these with a fingerloop. You will just have to hold it (instead of putting it on your finger) and they're lighter, making it harder to toss/catch. So don't get discouraged when you start to practice these because it will take a little more practice and skills to get it down. Also, you could also try diying a little pomgrip out of a fingerloop by tightening it around a wine cork or an eraser or soemthing maybe. Just an idea. Otherwise, I have lots of tutorials and lots of moves that work for fingerloop. Tosses are mostly the only leviwand move really catered to pom people.

Yes!! Your string might be just a little shirt to make it super dynamic looking. Just drop both of your hands together down as you do the move to make it fall farther. ☺ Check out my last tutorial on Levitating the Grid. The tip is shown in there! You've got this!!!

Hello!! Happy to have you here! Some people do like having a swivel on their longstring. I have seen setups where it sort of rests right above the top of the cap and then more long string coming from there. I don't personally prefer this because of the way I anchor. The swivel can sort of cut up between my fingers. Swivels aren't totally perfectly effective either. They definitely help and have their place, but they dont' totally prevent the string from getting twisted up in one direction, even on a short string. More so for moves like fast "palm spins". It's a good practice to spin the wand both directions from the start. ☺ You should play around with all of the sting things though! Maybe your preference will be to have a swivel on there!! String is very easy to swap out yourself too, so it won't hurt to play. If you ordered/order a wand from me and want the string to be setup special like that, just reach out anytime after you purchase and I'd be happy to make the string to your liking. Mine is about 6 ft long or 12 feet doubled over. ☺ I would usually recommend arm span plus about a foot, but it's a lot of preference & dependent on your body size. You might want to add a few inches for waist wraps if you're bigger sort of thing.
