F20 Code Whirlpool Washer Tub not filling completely How to repair
Bastard file is far too coarse.
What did it cost
Straight to the point with all the important details - what’s not to like? Cheers!
Ty !
Thank you!
Great video.Thx. But, I will never buy anything at Harbor Freight. It has an American "owner" but not only are all their tools low quality because everything is made in China but all Harbor Freight purchases give a cut off a top directly to the Chinese Communist Party. So, you are funding the Chinese military. I will never buy Harbor Freight, no way, no how. That's my 2 US cents. and keep the money in America.
water inlet valve bingo.. thanks for he video!
Excellent! Great job and thanks for the details!
I really appreciate you making this video! Now I can at least start to fix it.
1:42 What does F1 mean? I know it has something to do with the lock cause mine is locked, and I can't get it open. It's not the control lock. And I have had it unplugged for at least 5 minutes.
Thank you for the video, and including all the other possibilities. Very clear.
I bought a pole type trimmer this week to cut my bush, which is just touching the power lines. Problem: It doesn't cut very well and certainly no where near its maximum.
Worked for me. A big THANK YOU
Excellent work!!!
Lots of great info. I have a Reed 105R, thanks!
Reed vises are fantastic! I think when they came from the factory originally they had a raw finish with oil I don’t think they were painted?
I'll do it by hand No dremel
👍👍
The water inlet valve did the trick for me too! Was getting an F20 error after the washer attempted to fill for 1 minute. Had attempted all the standard Whirlpool recommendations with, of course, no effect. So glad I found your video. You're the man, thanks!
Man, that looks like a time-consuming task. Wonder what it cost to pay to have it done.
How can you stop the trimmer so that the blades are separated?
Thanks for sharing this! 😊
So''''''' your not" gonna show us how to do it 🤔
Thanks for this about do this to my 24" gas trimmer. Noticed last cut it was kinda dull!
Good heavens, that paint job is a crime. Look at the ‘before’ footage: what a beauty, all the rust is old rust, doesn’t hurt anyone, it just tells the story. My man, what have you done.
Legal 😃😃👍👍
Nice, thanks man
Thank you. Down and away. That’s all I needed to know.
Is this the same, or similar to the 106R?
Very similar. The 106R is a fixed base. Some folks call it a “four-bolt pattern.”
I've replaced my pressure sensor, but haven't replaced that little pressure hose. Still getting trouble. I'll try that water inlet valve next.
Douglas, You made your Grandfather proud. Nice work on your Reed R. I especially like the backstory as well as the older Reed literature.
Murph, excellent review. I too have a 920 A 2020 in the desert tan which I like but that battleship looks great!! I have had no problem with the duster elites I set them up tubeless and run a set of GRavel tires from my checkpoint sl6 and have also bought a second set of duster to run commuting tires I thoroughly love this all do/carry anything versatile setup. Very comfortable and plenty of storage. I run a bottle cage on the underside brazers with a tool can. Again excellent review and stay safe out there
02:30 save you some time
I have a 214R, stamped on the right side. 355. March 1955. Month n year my brother was born. He said great, you going to give it to me as a birthday present? Ahhhh, nope! 😁😁 Carl
Can’t blame ‘em for trying!
It would be helpful to show how you used that small nut driver and where to find the damn nuts
Hi just saw your video because I was researching my 204R vise. Mine is missing both set screws. Could you tell me the thread count on yours? Much appreciated and thanks for your helpful video.
Looks just about perfect. Love the color too.
Great looking bike setup. Could you tell me what model brooks saddle that is?
It’s the B17 Carved. www.brooksengland.com/en_us/b17-carved.html
I’m equally fond of the WTB Volt. I find the Volt is just as comfortable and easier to deal with in wet weather. It’s quite a bit less expensive, but I’m sure it won’t last as long.
Outstanding explanation your awesome
Great video, I’m in the process of restoring one for a friend.. it was in about the same condition as yours but locked up tight with the dynamic jaw…I got it apart now but am struggling to get the set screw for the collar but out.. it’s soaking now… you did a really nice job on yours…
The bigger tires help with rims and spokes stay true, I can fit a 700 by 50 tire on my verve 3, I also added a cane creek thud buster suspension post to help with stress on rims it really helps, I’m a big guy too.
You need at least a 32 spoke, I lucky caught my knew trek verve 3 rim before a spoke broke, not adjusted properly from factory.
Excellent video
I also live outside of K C. I AM GOING TO PART WITH WITH A NICE REED 106. REAL NICE ORIGINAL SHAPE. JUST TO MANY , LOL.
The hero we need. Thank you.
One of the best vise restoration videos I have seen on RUclips I love all the information you included 👍
Thanks for sharing this video! My Whirlpool Duet washer was throwing the F20 code, and I was able to fix the issue thanks to you!
You forgot to list your part number for the hose valve.
Where did you find the catalog page's for Reed?
I just did a bit of online searching. Here’s a place to start: archive.org/details/ReedVises1943
