"Batchim" Basic Pronunciation Rule!
Hello all, it's been a while since my last upload.
Today I am back with the basic pronunciation rule that will make your life easier! Did you know that you sometimes omit final consonant sound just like we do in English? Or even pronounce both when there's double final consonants!? Bizarre, I know... but here's the rule.
Of course there are so many cases of exceptions... (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
But this is a real basic rule you could keep in mind when reading Korean. Hope this helps!

Why Koreans Love to EAT [The Usage of 먹다]
Просмотров 1,1 тыс.3 года назад
Welcome! Today's video covers phrases created using 먹다 which typically means 'to eat'. When the word gets combined with others, it creates something totally different. This is just a wild guess, but it seems like since food was so scarce and it's a blessing to be able to 'eat' while suffering through poverty and war in Korean history, Korean people decided to attach '먹다' to emphasize the meanin...
