The BIOS Memory Chip, Boots Up the Computer. Even, with NO HARD Disk - The BIOS Memory Chip - Can Display Diagnostics, System Information to The User. Its a Chip that The CPU chip, First Accesses. Its a Memory Chip That Boots Up the Computer. Its Functionality can be Updated, if Allowed by The Manufacturer - By Using Firmware.
