Ten years ago, I had a cluster headache ( I didn't know it was a cluster, I assumed it was a really horrific migraine) so bad that my husband had to take me to the E.R. The first thing the nurse did was give me oxygen and within 10-15 minutes, the pain subsided a good 70 %. I was amazed. The doctor examined me and said, "If oxygen gets rid of the pain, you have cluster headaches." So now a Medical Supply Company comes to our house to deliver my oxygen and it works 90% of the time. Many times I fall asleep with the oxygen mask on my face. Please try it. Your insurance should cover it as long as your doctor places the order i with the medical supply company. I hope this helps. I suggest you to give wet cupping a try and do it for a while before leaving it (in case you don't see benefit) I had very severe migraine since childhood. And after suffering from Malaria and typhoid I suffered from a headache that I'd definitely call suicide pain (i had to pass my time counting seconds and 40-47 seconds was always the longest i could endure and break and then having no option I'd start counting again and yes i had suicidal thoughts all the time . I believed i was in hell on earth ) i couldn't speak. i went through this disease for about a month each time it started . On top of the migraine that i had since ever . Nothing worked better than wet cupping on me it keeps me set for a few months now. Then i get another session.

I’m going through a cycle right now, it’s been everyday twice a day for two months now. This is the longest ever cluster I’ve had. I feel absolutely hopeless

I’m 19, started getting them last year and I can say… after multiple sports injuries. Tears. Breaks. Surgeries. Etc. my cluster migraines are hands down the worst pain I’ve ever had to go through so far. Literally just makes me wanna die. As terrible as it sounds I legit just be wanting to die while I have clusters

I have them as well. Its awful! The pain is really bad. Melatonin supplements before i sleep have helped me a bit.

This stuff is a real pain to say the least, I get this 6-12 times a month with no interrupts, and Migraines as well. My Cluster attacks typically last over the whole day and like you say not even pure morphine takes even the edge of the pain, to lay down makes the pain worse too. compared to the regular migraine with aura the cluster is many times worse. but my migraine last 3 days though and even with all treatments I have for this i have about 250 days a year with severe headache. no one should suffer with this

How are you now? I hope you are already cured. I’m 34 and i just experienced the worst headache of my life. The pain is like suicidal just like what you say but with fever and alot of sweating. No pain reliver worked so I stop it and i tried to take food supplements. Im base here in the Philippines. I don’t know how you can get the Kings herbal that I’ve been using for a while now. It really helps the pain. Not severe as before. I hope it will fade away soon. My heart is all for you. You’ve been suffering for so long.

I'd like to share what worked for me. What you are describing is worse than the migraines I get...however, I think this will work for you...this may seem too simple and you may think to dismiss it, but because of how it worked for me, I am convinced it can work for you. 3 things: Most likely your body has contaminants like heavy metal, so stop using any non-stick pots and pans and the like (basically, remove the source of contaminants; Do simple detox that includes soaking in baking soda and pink hamalizan salt or sea salt (you will find examples on youtube); And finally, add magnesium to your diet; in supplements yes, however if you really want success, have a raw vegan diet along with a good magnesium supplement ....its easy to say this wouldn't work, but, try it for yourself. Off-course, its like building muscles, its takes persistent consistency, so be encouraged.

Yeah, good luck with that. The only thing Medical is interested in these days is "Generate Revenue". My Wife can't even get a proper diagnosis. Cluster? Migraine? "Alarm Clock" headaches? Cervicogenical headaches? EVERY night between 10pm & 2am. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Starts in the neck, travels up behind the eye (Left side). She lives on shots of Sumatriptan. She's tried everything except Emgality & Amovig (lots of bad side effects). Insurance won't approve Vyepti without failing Emgality & Amovig first. Right now she has a PNS Sprint wire in her neck and after 6 of the 8 weeks, neck is a bit better, no change Headache-wise.

This hits hard. It’s nice to be able to record and release footage during an episode (not an attack!) because it provides immense perspective. My episodes have been in either spring or fall so it’s high alert season for me

Wow I feel you ! Thank you for sharing your experience. I just had some and I was going bananas with the pain. I recently got diagnosed with that. I get anxious going to sleep. I got triptan which was actually given to me for migraine pain and now oxygene but it’s not enough. I know when I wake up with the droopy eye on the right side my day is gonna go shit. I went to see my doctor in emergency the other day and I got shot of mesotherapy which eased all the tension combined with the take of the triptan. Also I had passed the pic of the flare when I saw him so not sure this actually works during the flare but at least it gives relief when it’s about the end. Have you tried any of these? (My bad if you explained it in other videos I just popped in here for the first time and watched this while taking on my daily intake of oxygene)

Been doing experiment on my body, i started weightlifting for almost 15 months with high animal protein diet and the attack never came up, but recently i took a rest for only two weeks and guess what? The attack comes again. So yeah workout does really help

I understand how painful they are, although I’m lucky to say I’ve only had a cluster headache once when I was very young, I remember it waking me up, it felt like my head was being slammed against metal or brick multiple times like pulses, it was so bad that I was banging my head against a wall because it was the only way I could somewhat cope with it, even though doing that only made it worse. So yeah when something is so painful that you are causing yourself more pain, says a lot about what it’s like to experience it. All I can say is I’m lucky.

I am 59 and I have been a CHW (Cluster Headache Warrior) for about 20 years now, battling about 3 attack cycles per year. I have tried just about everything there is out there, medicinal wise outside of having a transistor implanted in my head. If you are a CHW, I don’t have to tell you about the impending fear of a cluster attack that you live with daily during your cycle because it is not a question of if it’s coming because it is, every damn day and every damn night in my case anyway. So cut to the chase the other day I was watching Cluster Headache videos which I do every time I am in a cycle, and I watched a video that I will put the link below for that I have to say it was a game changer for me. I was having an attack and was already in the usual hot poker through the skull and eye along with the electrical pulse shocks mode and started frantically searching for the acupressure sweet spot described in the video and eventually found it. I applied sustained pressure on that side of my neck, the side that my headache always occurs on (the right side) and within a minute or so the shooting pain in my head and eye stopped!! Completely!!! I have no idea what kind of sorcery it is but WTF!!! It worked!!! I kept applying pressure for about 10 mins (just in case) alternating fingers and hands to keep the pressure on the spot and I have to say it really worked for me. What used to take hours to dissipate literally took a few minutes and I got all teary eyed that after all these years the power to stop the attacks was literally in my fingertips. During 6 more attacks over the last three days, I have applied the same acupressure method and as of now I am 6 for 6 completely knocking headache out within minutes with no Imitrex or Acetaminophen taken in those 3 days. I know there is no cure for this Cluster Headache Syndrome, but I have found what my son called the "Cheat Code" for stopping my attacks and I will keep doing this throughout this cycle and future cycles. I have been getting them since 2015, usually when I get them it’s in April and also September, October and sometimes into November. Your description is pretty accurate but no one really understands the intensity. Also I noticed I have a trigger and know I will get one later that day. Before it starts the skin on the back feels like I have got a sun burn right at the base of my scull and then I know I’m going to be in for a bad time. The only other difference is once the cluster headache gets to a certain point, usually once my eye has watered so much that my sinus is completely plugged up, the pain spreads to my teeth then ever single tooth on the left side of my face feels like I took a huge bite out of something frozen after getting fillings in every single tooth simultaneously. Usually they start at around 4-5 PM for me and then last an hour and a half to two hours and usually will happen repeatedly through the night and usually have my last cycle at about 4 am. I have had migraines with auras since I was a kid and I will go to work and work through them (with medications and blue light filtering glasses) and usually laying down will help but when I get cluster headaches it’s like I am no longer a human and just operate on pure instinct trying to get away from the pain. Pacing, thrashing around, hitting myself, trying to lay down then just jumping up out of bed… it’s the worst.

Hey maybe you could try DMT since they are stronger tryptamines, also do the psychedelics like lsd or shrooms in nature with good set and setting, good luck!

I wish to Heaven above people would try to understand these bastard things. They are not headaches or migraines. They are pure evil. I had a nerve block during the first lockdown. I haven't had a single headache (even a hangover or a stress headache) since. Suddenly this week I have had pain that has woken me up during the night each night. I called my oxygen provider and they struggled to find my details. Eventually they found them. I broke down when they told me the oxygen would be here in four hours. People need to understand that people need the most serious pain relief in regards to these MF's xxx

Hearing your story is like listening to my 19 year old daughter explain her cluster headaches to me. She has them in the fall as well, and they last from 15 mins to an hour for her. She also has them up to 5 times a day, and they last for about 3 months. Her doctor prescribed her sumatriptan, and they do help. Maybe u can mention them to your doctor. I hope this can give u some relief. Take care

I have them also had them since a was 16 now 42 as av got older the remission time has got longer had 2 every year now down to 1 every 2/3years a get the nerve block after the first week of them and use sumatriptan injections they help me manage them now. without anything a don’t know how a coped with them for 16years before a got diagnosed I have also noticed the more a go on holiday somewhere hot the better I feel might just be a good excuse 😂 hopefully 🤞🏻 you can get the help you clearly need all the best 🥹

Hi dear, if u are still there i need to give you some advices : When you feel attack is coming 1.go put u r head under continuous cold water . 2. Use lidocaine spray in u r nose in the attacked side . 3. After 5 minutes of that then you use oxygen mask for 5 min . This will reduce the pain 70% and it will end in 10 or 15 mim max . I feel u it kills me Just know that without i know u i love you like my sis plz pe strong 💪
