Very well done you for being open about your own experiences. Yeah suffered loads by the hands of my mother. My father would physically beat the crap out of me and mother would turn a blind eye. No confident at all. She forced me to marry her nephew who is a covert narcissist. Life went from bad to worse. I would to as far as to say. It’s been a wasted life in this planet.
