Capté dans les mêmes conditions, il montre que tout est magistralement reproduit à l'identique tous les soirs, jusque dans l'interprétation du public, note pour note, et même mot pour mot dans tout ce que Jacob dit. C'est juste hallucinant de précision métronomique, d'un professionnalisme extraordinaire, totalement à contre-courant de la pensée, on imagine plutôt qu'il improvise au moins ces parties avec le public. Mais non, sa fantastique mémoire, son oreille absolue et la virtuosité des musiciens font ce prodigieux spectacle "sur mesure". Jamais vu un truc pareil de toute ma vie, à ce niveau-là de perfection. Quincy avait raison.

7:40 WOW man, this is a historic document, beautifully recorded. Saw him in Madrid, it's something I will always remember, to my dying day. Let's just admit it: Jacob is the greatest artist IN HISTORY. It's not just fanboy, it's a scientific fact. Do I prefer his 5-string to the piano or the vocoder? I'm just excited every time he changes.. what a concert!

Saw them in Portland, opening for Weezer. Pretty much the same show as here, but damn it was good.

Saw the Portland show the night before San Francisco. This video is awesome. Something I Should Do sounded awesome as I was standing to the right of the stage against the wall...the bass was bouncing and accenting the song really well. It was bad azz! I met Matthew at Music Millenium a couple hours before the show, and then Ira when he came walking out near the basement bar. After many years, this was the first time seeing them live! Glad I went! Long Live Nada Surf! 😀
