Luke was a Hellenist from Cyrene and he's mentioned in acts. Mark was from Jerusalem, but he wrote Greek for Peter and interpreted his Aramaic. He is not giving any new information here. He's just going over a lot of well-known information, and then inserting an opinion about stuff being written in Aramaic. Only the pseudo scholars of Hebrew roots would fall for this.
