I live in a similar type of area at the very least this truck crushes the terrain looks fun af ❤️

@@TMIVRC changing up the fluids in the diffs and sum bigger tires helped. It crushes rough terrain for sure and that's what I use it for. I don't send it that much these days, take it to the lake and do sum ground pounding with it. It's a fun truck.

IDK never put them side by side, never even thought to look it up. The Maxx slash does use v1 Maxx arm's. I do know the wide Maxx kit on the Maxx slash is 🤌

@@gonzodetroitify those are 1/8 scale team Corelly shocks off of there punisher. I'm using stock shock oil for now, definitely changing it tho just don't know to what weight.

@@2LocosRCing in my stock shocks I went 30w at 1st after a few runs and knee high jumps not sends just let’s say cute jumps And then I went to 50w in stock shocks and that’s where I am I think another u’Tuber used corally 6s buggy shocks I think your 27.5 could be alright in The faster you’d like your shocks to action you’ll have thinner fluids Thick slower you’d like your shocks to action you’ll go with thicker oil 🫡

I'm just gonna throw in a metal geared speakrum servo I have laying around when the time comes. Servox servos are really nice, have one in my notorious.

@@smoothwookienookie5912 it's the only RC on the market that is competition for the xmaxx In my opinion. it's definitely up there as far as durability. I'd go Redcat at 850$

@@2LocosRCing I really appreciate the reply. Would love to see a video of them running together, going over rough terrain in that pit. Looks like such a nice truck, and it's slightly bigger footprint is just icing on the cake

No, you can run the same front and back. There's really no rule, experiment, tune the shocks how you like.
