Simplest way to word this : CUTTING is 'cutting' LITERALLY and you can't cut but claim that you add more hair by cutting it(hair, beard, etc). But more I thinking about Occam Razor more I believe this idea is dangerous and should be banned! This idea which may cause scientific approach becomes dull just because those against someone's believe. That's why people still 'believe' in religion just because those scientific facts "razors" their bogus facts and claim theirs already establish since antiquity. For them we science people adding growth to shaved hair which theirs(those bogus indoctrinated peoples) done the razor job, very excruciating indeed to deal with this type of people.
