the electric shock thing might be accurate, as you can see he had multiple of those batteries in a row, which ups the voltage, which makes it possible to electro shock someone. question is the voltage each cell holds. the nitric acid they harvested was diluted (dunno about bat piss but about the other electric thing im sure is possible, just a matter of resistance of touching point and the voltage of the battery)
