I’m a longtime resident of East Hawaii Island, and I recently bought a collection of items from an estate sale and that included an old 8mm reel that had penciled, “1946 Tidal Wave,” on the cover. The reel was sent to a conversion company and here is the glorious result. I am giving this footage to the public.
