Beautiful landing. At first I thought it was Birmingham in the UK, but the Southwest Airlines livery didn't fit the scene, but I quickly realised it was Birmingham, Alabama.

There was a a C17 takeoff here today October 29th at Colorado Springs airport I could be wrong tho

So awesome it's crazy how those wings bounce up and down that s*** makes me nervous always has and if you look at it it doesn't seem like they're going on the ground that fast before they take off very cool video though I love it

OMG, that was VERY scary turbulence near the end of the flight with those dips and sudden drops. To hear the people shout like that when it happened made the final approach even more scarier. Glad you found out from the pilots what caused that sudden turbulence before landing and kudos to them for landing safely. I will be in Colorado Springs in less than two weeks but will be driving there from my home in Albuquerque. After seeing this video, glad I will be driving. Pilots and flight attendants have told me that sitting over the wing is the place to be to feel the effects less when there is turbulence. (I always thank the pilots after each and every flight along with the flight crew. It is a job I could NEVER do, esp. since I am a VERY nervous flyer.) Thanks for the neat but scary video.

Nice video but too bad it was so cloudy to spoil the lovely views below. I LOVE Colorado Springs and will be there next month visiting friends. I first visited the city back in 1983 and have enjoyed many visits since then with them and others. 😊
