hakai couldn't just destroy anything, if theres too little of a power difference between the two people then hakai can't destroy them instantly, only harm them as if it was just normal ki, although we haven't seen beerus at full strength yet in the first place since the only time we saw him fight was with goku in god form and for a few panels in the manga against other gods of destruction, and against god goku he was heavily nerfing himself (very heavily) so that it would be fun for him, and against the other gods there weren't really any huge feats shown so there's nothing to really say about that, so until we get to a point when there's someone capable of bringing out beerus's full power we'll never know the true extent of it and beerus vs black freiza won't be answered unless it actually happens, and with freiza saying he'd kill all of the gods of destruction it seems likely that at some point it could happen but we'll have to see what direction toyotaro takes the manga

Logically, if Beerus didnt grow with Goku and Vegeta, Black Frieza solos. As stated, Jiren is the strongest mortal, stronger than Belmond who is stronger than Beerus. If MUI Goku beat Jiren, he could beat Beerus. And Black Frieza one shot MUI Goku, so Black Frieza solos. But not in this case.

I think God of destruction should always be seen as the strongest or highest level of combat and power. I think it makes the story going. I hate the ideas that some people think Goku or Vegeta is getting close to beerus already. It should be more matter how they stronger but they are still far from close. So do frieza, he can looks strong, can be intimidating but compare to beerus, he should not even be compared. That’s what I want it to be.
