I see you're in my hood. One day I can take you out on the boogie
Your weight distribution is too far on your back leg. That's why when you try to generate speed going down-the-line. You're front of your board. Just wheels around like you're doing a manual on a skateboard
Nice vid mate, when i was a grom learning how to surf I'd just watch occy and others. Takes years have fun with it. Oh bigger board to learn how to carve cleaner lines.
In Boise, Idaho, there is a park where the bottom of the Boise River was shaped to produce standing waves. They're popular with surfers and kayakers. Although taking off is very different, you can ride the wave for as long as you can stay up. When you eventually fall off or kick out, the current of the river takes you to the side, then back upstream for a short distance, depositing you about 50 yards from the lineup queue. There's never more than about a minute wait.
The key is "insuring" that there is no backwash back into the circular piston. Once the insurers are comfortable with that it will be a go!
@patricafalcone9524 For that reason we froth CFD modelling!
I invented the circular piston system that was stolen from me. They failed to construct and operate my system correctly thus creating an inferior and ridiculous system. May karma be with them.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
What frequency can create vortex? Superempose freqency into liquid... Wave's! UNITED FOR AMERICA 🫡
Thanks for posting this informative video. It's incredible how far automation has come, and where it's going. The data from the vehicles could be useful for designing infrastructure in the future, which can make governments and designers to also make smart decisions. How to prove locations and incidents to accurately decide on infringement notifications. The new world of the "holy grail" stage, could be utilised in far broader than driving alone. Love it!!! Exciting times ahead 👍
@@markziogas7060 Exactly right! Thanks to AI and self training with data, an iterative process to get the full self driving system right is appealing.
When they talk about unattended or unsupervised rides, at that point, will we even need a driver's license anymore? If we can get into the back seat of our empty car and just have it drive us to the grocery store, is this the end of driver's licenses? Also, I wonder if Tesla's Semi has self-driving yet? Seeing all the completely empty vehicles driving around on their way to pick people up, It is going to take some getting used to.
@spaghetti_monster In some parts of the US, FSD (v13) is in trial. It will definitely take some getting used to but I'm of the opinion it'll still be atleast a decade before we see it everywhere.
@@EngineeringDads Agreed, it definitely won't roll out everywhere at the same time. Some States will probably want to wait until it's had some time to prove itself in other States. Kinda like what happened to the phone booths, lol. Better leave the phone booths in case this cell phone fad doesn't last. (Cough, old guy alert.)
Training a few plyometric agility exercises everyday will help enormously. And, try some heavy club swinging to teach you how to better utilise your oblique slings. A little bit, everyday! Happy and healthy.
@a.lame.username. Hydromind helped out quite alot with the mobility side of things! Would recommend checking him out.
Come out to Revel Surf Park in Arizona. Just opened up.
Will have to add it my list for the next trip to the US 😬 and hopefully part 2 for this one!
Genius project! I need to build one of these in time for January!
We appreciate you 🫶🏽
Have you had your nibblies today
amazing project
Put ya sack on it and see what it says
Why do you think the previous result had potato?
The production of this video is great! Cool to see practical applications of AI done in interesting ways.
Please include pricing info.
Love it thank you
Awesome video. A few sessions in at Sydney urbn surf. LFG 🔥🔥

Thank you very much for this information, but I have two questions. The first is that vinegar is not formed as a result of this process because it is the same method of making vinegar. The second question, please, if we want to make protease, lipase and amylase, what will be the method from your chapter? Thank you again.
there's a FOOD SAFE EPOXY RESIN?!?!?!!?!?!?!??!?!? I heard about epoxy resin itself but I doubt there's FOOD SAFE ONE!!!! 😮😱😧🤯😮😱😧🤯😮😱😧🤯😮😱😧🤯😮😱😧🤯
Hey guys, I signed up for your patreon but the plans for this project are incomplete on your page…mind updating the links/instructions? I want to build a variation of this, a small pistol dart blaster that my 3-year old can play with without needing to prime it because he’s too weak to pull back the plunger. 😂
Whoops, sorry think I never got around to uploading those files and data. I'll make sure that's all up by this weekend and we'll refund the patreon sorry about that
Yeah boy!!!!
I'm sure you'll like to know that I've just started with Arduino and this is the first video I'm saving in my folder for future projects (when I learn a lot) because I thought it was great. Thank you very much!!
Dude, ditch the short board for now and get yourself a longboard. You’ll learn how to flow with the wave and trim. It will make you a much better surfer.
It's a 6'8 with 48L of volume. I use longer boards sometimes.
@@EngineeringDads I’m just saying that you shouldn’t turn for the sake of turning and especially if your turn doesn’t generate speed. We turn to generate power and flow. For example, a bottom turn requires you to coil your legs and spring them which translates to the board in speed. It takes a lot of time because to surf well with a sense of style is really the hardest “sport” there is.
We need one in central California let’s go!!
Are you joking me?????????? Thats where Slater's wave pool in u doink
@ how bout you roll over to pleasure point in Santa Cruz let’s go surf and see who’s a “doink”
Wow! I’m 70 and grew up surfing from a young guy to about my mid 40s and would love to be able to surf at one of thesecwave parks.. Brilliant idea ! 👌
@rosscosan6647 That's awesome Ross. The beauty about these parks is that they offer such flexibility in the waves that can be surfed and in such a controlled environment.
very cool and researched video. was wondering energy consumption/cost per wave of different pool, cost of building each type.
Wavegarden have done their own analysis on this. "Energy efficiency comparison of Wavegarden Cove technology vs. pneumatic technology" is the search term and you can download the full PDF. Highly recommended read.
Great video!
3D print food safe is questionable, but that pump is definitely not food safe. You are drinking motor grease at that point.
Plastic and coatings are both food safe. I'm more concerned about dust accumulation in my tea cup cupboard.
Check out Revel surf park, Cannon Beach in Mesa, Arizona. Its on Power Rd. I'm in line now....
Cool video my dude.
This video is such a good excuse to travel and play in these wave pools 😆love to see them though.
The best excuse
May want to try bodyboarding.
Tried it
@@EngineeringDads Much respect. Your style seems to focus on making small little turns like youre trying too hard to rip it up. Instead focus on digging the rail into the optimum place of the wave to pick up the most speed. You will feel it accelerate. once you get too far in front, cutback. If you are not far out front, hop the board higher up the wave and look for that sweet spot again. repeat. you need speed bruh. Peace!
@stevefink6000 Wow! Really appreciate the advice Steve. I must say in my short time surfing the level on help provided by the surf community is truly inspiring. Thank you and will try and implement these in the next session.
slaters wave is so much better than these knee high dribblers.
It's a dream to be able to afford it
Yeah but only one wave at a time.
Surf Lakes is easily the most superior
We can't wait to give it a crack in the future
that slab looks sick😎🤙🏾
Great video
Appreciate it!
I think we’re getting one in Squamish BC🤞🤞
I believe there is on in Squamish and Vancouver island in planning/design
Amazing, I learnt so much watching this video !!!!
Appreciate you!
The bacteria will make their own coating on the PLA
I just want to know if my 3D printed dishwasher rack wheels are safe or are they leeching chemicals into the dishwasher load?
I forget the exact details but I recall a series of studies that were done and the bacterial growth between layer lines was much less than anticipated. It was more than a smooth surface, but not by much
Epoxy resin sounds less safe
Realistically I would recommend if anybody is trying something like this would be to design food containers for decoration around an existing storage bin type that is injection molded food safe plastic or reusing glass jars from various products, lots of things can be scaled and tinkercad as a very accessible free CAD program
Why the vertical wood pieces behind? Some people put the furring strips straight onto the wall
Dont eat out of plastic.
This is not a how to organic video
@EngineeringDads Nope. Its a video on how food safe are 3D prints. The answer, they're not! Coating something in epoxy won't help either. Giving bad ideas that can affect people's health to the general public isn't cool.
@voltsnbolts8879 I do it for my safety and purely my opinion, others are welcome to do what they wish. We have a full video on this. There is a myriad of data to support epoxy coated layer lines adds layers of safety. So, are you saying that referencing scientific backed evidence is also not cool?
@voltsnbolts8879 Not to mentioned other safe guards we've discussed such as stainless steel nozzles and reputable filament brands. You've made 2 non-credible claims here, in which you would find experts would disagree with you on.
Is PLA food safe for single time use?
