Tankless water heater flush

Water Heater Tankless flush to make your tankless water heater last over 10 years.
Do you have a soft start on your ac unit?
Hi, Yes softstart is the way to go, that is very important. that is good for all A/C even if you didnt have a generator. thank you
@@ORLANDOBUSA Thankyou so much
Nice setup. Where did you get the exhaust parts?
Thank you, I left all my links on the description, if you need more help let me know, on anything. thank you email is orlandobusa1@gmail.com
Nice set up my brother. I have a predator 13,000 Tri-fuel I also have a brand new 4 ton AC unit. I’m gonna build a very similar housing shed.
Thank you, it works great!
THD over 20. Not good.
Benn working for me for 4 years so far awsome for me, thank you
i didn't know i could do this, Thank you
That car take 0w20 man😅
OK Thank you man!
Nice i use a fumoto valve for my Camry too...works great!
Yea, I also put on my Dodge Ram and my Durango, makes it awesome to change the oil. thank you
It’s 12/30/2023. II hope you took that propane tank out of your shed. Huge safety issue
hi Thank you but No its still there and I test it every 6 months. Happy New Years
I have the same generator under a canvas shed. I was looking for something similar, but they were way too expensive. I will get this same one for my setup.. thanks for the video and links
Yes thank you, its been great and affordable. take care have a great thanks giving
I always like seeing air conditioners start on generator
yea thank you, it works great!
I love the video
What plastic shed did you use?
www.samsclub.com/p/lifetime-horizontal-storage-shed/prod24450381
Hi here is the link below I sent you, Its on my finale of the step 1 and 2 and 3 videos. anything you need, im here to help. thank you so much. take care
Thank you. It seems like there is more room in this one. Other ones I saw the 50a plug is dang near up against the door. Nice to store some gas cans in with it.
@@FatTailFishing Hi, I only use always propane, and leave gasoline for the last resort because i put a 100 gallon tank as well. thank you so much
Really cool...(pun intended) So it appears that your home is likely running on a 200-amp panel. The Duromax 13000EH puts out (87.50A / 43.75A), and that 4-ton Goodman sucks up about 20amps, you showed the one fridge plus lights etc. What do you figure the total pull of amps on the Duromax was at full demand?
Yes all that is true, and working great, the total pull, I am not sure, because I am not good on that part, just the fabrication part. But it works great for a long time as long as I feed it Propane which I got a bigger tank now, so I leave gasoline for the last resort due to make sure its clean and dont go bad on the propane., you like my idea?
There she went.
THANK YOU
Thanks so much! I never thought about using a bend to run the exhaust extension out the end of my shed!! I have a bit of room to spare so Im going to see if I can use a gentle radius to help reduce back pressure (although it may no matter lol). Again, much appreciated..
Thank you, actually i change that 90 degree to 2 copper 45 degrees welded together with one side female and other side male. so that gives me a wider turn, but it works good for me and runs great. take care
Awesome built! What is the width of that generator from tire to tire?
28 INCHES Thank you so much for the great remark!
Amazing vid. Every day l learn something new. Thank you so much not only for posting but also for taking your time to do it. Be safe.
Thank you so much, take care
Did your AC have a Soft Start feature? I have the same setup.
Yes, I installed a soft start system and works much better. thank you so much
@ORLANDOBUSA I thought so Thanks that is a future project to do.
Just bought me a duromax 13009
My xp12000 runs horrible, it can't I idle for nothing..
Duromax, gives great service to me, try contacting them. thank you
I like
THANK YOU !
Its going to die. It is open chassis for a reason. Enclosed quite generators are made not to over heat.
I know but I have alot of ventilation cross draft flow within the enclosure. but its been working great, thank you
I have the same generator and it won’t start my 2 1/2 ton unit. Did you add a soft start kit or something else?
Yes I have added a soft start, my unit is 4 ton, thanks
No problems with heat and the copper elbow?
NO problem at all but i did change to 90 to 2- 45 degrees to make a bigger turn. thank you
Nice set up I want one just like that!
Thanks man, if your in Miami, I can help you!
@@ORLANDOBUSA I wish I lived in Miami I live in Maryland! But thank you
@@robertkeefer2128 Ok no problem, thank you
Make sure you do the break in oil changes and it will run for years.
Yes thank you Jim, I did that first one already when the breakin came.
Great job, I have same generator in similar box. Worked great during hurricane Ian here in central Fl. I did have issue running with gas would not start. Your going to need 100 pound bottle of propane . I do have a question who makes 90degree elbow on exhaust ? Your link is incorrect also info on surge protector..
Hi thanks, but i didn't put the surge protector, send me your email to send you the surge protector for my WHOLE HOUSE. I can send you the pictures for the 45 degrees of 2 I used together for running the exhaust.
The connection from flex pipe to generator muffler is 90 degree adaptor ? What did you use there ?
@@Ray-fm3ek I used 2 45 degrees togother so it can have a large turn radius for the exhaust., let me know your email so i can send you some pictures, the link to buy it is above, i corrected it. thank you
How long will your generator run with that propane tank? Have you thought about getting a soft start device so you’re AC will come on instantly? It’ll also reduce your energy costs. Great set up! I like how you enclosed your generator. Because carbon monoxide is lighter than air I think I would have it routed to above your roofline with a cap over it to prevent water getting into your line. Thanks for the video!
Yes thank you, I also do Have a SOFT START , I had it installed on the A/C when it was installed. So that works great, and the exhaust, I routed to the side using exhaust pipe with a 45 degrees copper pipe in the Generator. But I also bought a 100 gallon tank so i think I am good for at leats 2 weeks no power. thank you
I like your setup guy !! Assuming you run it all day on that 20lbs tank how long would it last On a that 10000 running watts gen you have?
@@574fedsup Hi, I have not tested that long because I have not a need to, but should work great being a 13,000 watt generator. thank you
fantastic set up!
Thank you roy, alot of work and thoughts into it . take care
I wonder why nobody makes an enclosure for portable generators. I am too old to start doing that now but somebody’s missing out on a small fortune or maybe even a big fortune!
Yes thats true, much better! thank you
How did you hook up the exhaust? What is the fitting that the exhaust goes through to get through the wall?
Hi, I use a 1 inch copper pipe, with 2 45 degrees together for a wide turn, do you see it in my video, I can send you pictures if you want to your email?
@@ORLANDOBUSA Where did you get the breaker box .Did it come with the zsurge Pro.
@@ellistoney8745 You mean the big main box that I painted with single stage white car paint? I got that from a store that my electrician told me to buy so he can install and keep everything main all in one with the Generator breaker also. You like my work?
You may want to install soft start for your ac unit. Reduces start up amps by over half.
Yes I did the soft start also,, that helps alot for your AC also startup, so it can reduce the start up Amps. Thank you so much
There should be a interlock between the main breaker and generator breaker. Thats dangerous
YES Very true, if its for people that dont know what they are doing, but for me, I know exactly what I am doing every step of the way and I labeled every step from A to C, so for me I love it. Besides there is now interloc for my setup, I tried that. Thank you
That is a great system. I have saved your video and will copy your work. I just got the same generator and I’ve just test run it and no problems. Also, I’m waiting on a Micro Air Soft Start for my 5 ton a/c. When I get everything completed I will send a video/pics. Loved your video.
Yes thank you, that is perfect with a soft start, That is what i used also , perfect. thank you
I've seen some of your competitors but, honestly, you are THE BEST! keep it up man. Be safe.
Thank you bro, i appreciate it!

Cool, does that plug work on other cars?
That plug from Fumoto is made for each car specific, so you have to go to the Fumoto website to get the right one, and than order it on Amazon, its easier. thank you
Nice!
Very nice, how long can you run the generator for with that BBQ propane tank?
Hi, But I havent tested that to not waist the propane but should be good depends what you have turned on.
Good review of this generator in a real time scenario.
Thank you so much!
Great video, if it were an emergency and at night and you only had the AC turned on, how long would your Generator keep running?
Hi , I have not tried yet, but we have some storms coming this year at Miami so at least I am ready to go. It depends on the tank of propane, which I just got a 100 gallon tank filled. should be good though! Thank you
Just a note on the gasoline run time. I have the same generator, I ran it for 5 hours break-in, changed the oil, then used it to power our 42 foot 5th wheel RV for 4 nights, 10 hours per night, with both AC units running non-stop in 90-100* heat. The 2 hottest nights, it would run out of fuel right at 10 hours. (Holds 8.3 Gallons). The 2 milder nights, low of 85-90* the 2 AC compressors would run constant for 2-3 hours, then cycle on and off. It used 5 gallons those nights, so 1/2 gallon per hour. Each AC is 13,500 BTU, so combined they are almost 2-1/2 tons, with lighting, inverter, battery charger and other loads, it was probably equivalent to running a 3 ton home AC. After that, changed the oil again at 45 hours run time, to full synthetic. Should extend it's life, and maybe improve efficiency a bit. I am going to try running it on propane today. Getting a transfer switch put in next week, to run the house. AC unit is 5 tons, so probably going to need a soft start kit to reduce the max inrush current.
@@danm400 Yes Thank you, I also have a soft start on my AC.
What did you use for the out side exhaust cover. The black connection
Oh you mean the pipe that goes inside the or the cover that I painted epoxy black aluminum? that was from home depot in one of my links above so it can divert the pipe coming out downwards so the rain will never get in! thank you
Nice set up and I like that
Thank you so much!!!
“Can’t even hear it” closes door and starts talking louder…. 😂🤡
What’s the oils capacity of this unit? I just purchased this same generator
Hi , Model Number XP13000EH Engine Oil Capacity 40.5 fl. oz (1.1L), Engine oil recommended: SAE 10W-30. Viscosity varies with regions and temperatures. I use 10w-40 Amsoil Synthetic ,because I am in hot weather Miami. Thank you
Thanks for the vid and love your setup. How much runtime do you usually get out of a 20 pound tank?
I dont know yet because all I do is test it every month for about 5 minutes , just incase for that bad light out time, so far it has not happened. but im ready to go! thanks
I bought the same generator. Have read multiple places that you should get a 40 pound tank (minimum). The small grill size tanks will give 5 to 8 hours run time at 50 percent load, but they tend to ice up or freeze at the valve after 3 to 4 hours, because they are not designed to flow that much gas volume.
@@danm400 mine doesnt freeze up, maybe because i am in Miami, but yes , I got a 100 gallon tank just for long runs. thank you
@@ORLANDOBUSA Excellent, glad to hear that. I am planning to do the same. Thank you for sharing your setup and info! Hopefully we never need them, right? :)
@@danm400 Yea , I hope not to, but we will always get a hurricane. thank you
If I route the exhaust on the opposite side of shed could I use a 1inch 45 degree pipe,
Yea The 45 would be better to go out more so it wont hit the metal beam of the generator, actually that what i changed to because i put 2 45 angles to take it out further away. thanks
@@ORLANDOBUSA ,,ok thanks,,,,and where did you purchase the exit duct for your exhaust pipe ,,,
@@williecrawley6673 i got that at Home Deport, i put all the links on my last finale video, thank you
HI, where you get the generator black power cord with the two little blue lights?
Hi Thanks man, I bought this on Ebay, PART NUMBER Conntek 15455-LA6 Heavy Duty 50 Amp RV Power Cord, Curved downwards 50' and connected to the generator inlet backup electrical box, PB50 Reliance 20-Amp Power Inlet Box FROM HOME DEPOT. That I connected to a breaker to turn on and off when I need to use the Generator like on the viseo, its all going to my main 200 AMP Main box at the Meter.
