    What you experienced was God inn that hotel room, telling you the plan for your life. Then when you turned you back on it and tried to do it in thr wrong way he intervened again, by allowing something more drastic to happen. God does not punish us , he loves us we are his creation, but he does allow things to happen to us to bring us back on the right path for your life. Dont dissmiss tha you are hearing from God ,there is no other God but him and nothing compared to the love his has for you, and he allows things to happen that at times we think why did this happen to me, and then he turns it all around for the good of us. Read your bible and prsy to him just talk to him and ask him to reveal hisself to you through jesus as with him in your life all things to together for the good through christ our lord and saviour. I pray read this and take it as truth and a promise that if you believe in the father that he will turn your life around for the better. Amen. God bless you. Xyou had your

    I’m sorry that insurance is depressing you. You’re too creative and smart to have that be your long term career. By looking at your birth chart it makes me think that professionally you should be working with your friends. It doesn’t really look like a lone wolf career path. I think you would be much happier and more successful if you started something with your loved ones. That pain sounds awful. Help me please, I have children and I want to immigrate from my country to any place I want to work. My husband was in an accident and became paralyzed from the waist down. He has not been able to walk for a year and a month, and I am helping him. I want to travel. My dream is to travel abroad, and I want your help. I hope to God that He returns you to walking on your feet, God willing, and that you return to the way you are and better. Help me come to your country and work on my children and help my husband with physical therapy. I and my children will serve you, and God willing, you will do charity with us, God willing.

But when I pull myself out of this hole, I've got some miracles to share with you. I believe everything you said and am blown away by your brilliant insights and the happiness you describe after all you've been through. Makes me ashamed to be depressed. There worthwhile reading in the new testament about when Christ passed into heaven he left each of us with the holy spirit. Sorry to say I'm not a scholar of the Bible but I believe its in book of Matthew.

    Hello brother, I have an insight regarding your back pain and "Feeling good". One of the phenomena that runners experience is runners high. This is due to endocanniboids (read "The Endocannabinoid System and Physical Exercise" for more academic information). Exercise reduces anxiety and alleviates pain. Getting the blood pumping is great for physical fitness, as well as mental health. Your back pain relief could very well be linked to the increases in exercise and overall active lifestyle. I find myself feeling better all day due to a run. But, peak happy for the hour following it.

    👏🏼Very happy for your discovery. Dr Zwig,IG Jungian enthusiast , teaches there is no emotional illness like a disease that needs to be obliterated. The terrible feelings are very real, painful, and that’s a person’s inner self getting ones attention so growth can thrive. Changed my life. Understanding projection is scary and threatening and the most powerful notion I’ve ever come across. Never be bored again Please share more as it comes

      You and me both! I can't believe I've never delved into Jungian psychology before, but it came to me at the perfect time. It filled in the blanks on so many aspects of what I've been thinking about lately.

    • @ultmiddle4991
      @ultmiddle4991 28 дней назад

      @@bridgerfrederick We never delved into it because we had to stumble upon it like carnivore. In the 80s I was in a counseling group and was sharing about this psychologist named Jung who taught something called projection and how it had changed my whole outlook on life. At that time there was no internet, just card catalogs at the library and it was pure luck I read a book that mentioned some things about him. The PhD therapist leading the group silently stared at me and didn’t respond; just continued on with having each person bring up painful emotions and talk about who caused them (always somebody else). I don’t think it was taught at the college level and clients might actually have healed which would have stifled the longevity of steady income (my cynical interpretation.)The 80s on up til today are all about “confronting” people who have done you wrong and endless compilations on how it has damaged every aspect of the victim’s life. In the 70s BF Skinner’s behavioral modification techniques monopolized the university I attended. Jung’s teaching touched too many nerves, me thinks. Jung was just the fill-in-the-blank answer on a Psych 101 multiple guess quiz pertaining to Freud’s protege

    hey man , these visions and intuitions you randomly have might be higher power connecting to you. all of this happening to you and pain you are going through pushes you for sure to one question why is this happening to me ? and simply think about it if you didn't have all of this pain and accident you wouldn't probably be as spiritual as you are now so do you want a way out ? i tell you man make a promise to god "higher power" whatever you want to call it make a promise that if all goes well , if your spine heals and the pain goes away that you will do your best and spend the rest of your life to find GOD and get closer to him and make it a real promise with true intention that you will search every religion every book to find the truth about god make that promise man and track how your life changes after you truly make that promise to god

      I know it sounds cliche but mindset is absolutely number 1. Surround yourself with amazing people, cut out toxic people, and consume nothing but positive content. But as far as lifestyle or tactics, a whole food diet is essential. Avoid wheat, soy, any seed oils, processed sugar, corn, dairy (except organic, grass-fed raw dairy). Removing processed foods completely will really move the needle. Then something else that has been huge for me is breath work and meditation in the sauna or in an ice bath. I wouldn't be 1/4 of the person I am today without breath work and meditation. I find it much easier to get into a deep state of meditation in extreme heat or cold. It really forces you to meditate. I highly recommend the book "Becoming Supernatural" by Joe Dispenza. I was highly skeptical when I first read it, but after two years of just semi-regularly practicing some of the meditations and techniques in it. I'm 100% convinced that pretty much everything in that book is true. And he makes some very wild claims. But just give it a read or check him out on podcasts and RUclips. His meditation techniques really allow you to tap into a deep healing force, it's pretty remarkable.

      That is a wild story and I'm super happy you shared it. Gave some extra significance to hitting 200 subscribers! But yeah, I have had some really intense panic attacks from marijuana and also just entirely sober. I find that if rather than trying to escape the feeling, I sit with it and kind of reverse engineer the flooding thoughts, then I can usually unwind the flurry of emotions back to a single source or belief. It's much easier said than done and took me many years of practice. But for me at least, there was always a hidden fear deep down at the source of those overwhelming panic attacks.

    Im curious about breakthrough vaporized dmt doses and if it causes spasticity since it feels like you leave your body and this dimension. Alao its short lasting so wpuld imagine its not as hard on the body

      It definitely causes a lot of spasticity but you are correct in it is much less stressful than longer lasting substances. The spasticity wore off more me about 10 minutes or so after fully coming back to reality.

    You are INCREDIBLE fighting through all that pain and able to work so many hours with 2 sleepy legs. Fighting so hard every day to walk again. Truly inspiring watching you kayak, camp for a week and talk us through it with a smile. I hope you find some relief fast.

      Thank you so much for the kind words! It's a lot of work and feels good when it's recognized like that. I just starting seeing a new doc and she's just like bursting with positivity and personality so I'm feeling very optimistic about the pain

      No not while I'm actually at work, just because I work in like a cubicle setting and it's on the fifth floor. It's not practical. But I've got the gym at work and work from home in the morning's so it's fine.

      Yep! They only like about five minutes of it but I figure the infrared is good for them.
