That first method is similar to what i do and it's very effective. Herbal water spray without sealing in moisture is disastrous. The concentration of the herbs in that water also matters.

Hi, I've never oiled my scalp before. My hair dresser actually recommended me to do so even before I saw your video. I wanted to ask what brand of ayurvedic oil you use because I want to make sure I get something that works. Can you use an oil as a sealant instead of a butter

This is not good for some low porosity hair definitely broke fair off,with the cloves,they will make your hair dry and brittle eith doing leave ins and sealing oil.
