When you started talking about friendships I felt that. I feel like having friends for different things is so important. I’m open to making new friends but it’s hard out here. I saw a TikTok from a Black woman OBGYN and have been doing research on my own, and I think the join pain might be a sign of perimenopause. You also had v v itchy skin some time ago and that’s also a sign of perimenopause. I’m not a doctor so I’m not trying to diagnose you but you might want to look into it!
