A couple side notes: We had not installed the sway links shown at the beginning of the video, at the time we did not quite know what ride height we were going to have up front. If you lower the suspension up front, the sleeves in the sway links may need to be trimmed down some to account for the drop.

I bought one of these kits I was blown away how accurately they matched the stock curves and bend. 100% worth the money
Do you use a washer for the bolt that goes through body mount ..or just the one on top of the bracket and body mount?
Were I can get the 504 kit? Please let me know thanks
Why don't anyone show how to Widen a frame
I wish these S10 chassis kit videos would tell you what the kit does regarding body height on the frame. Some kits seem to raise the body higher above the top of the frame rail than other kits. Makes it difficult to make a decision to buy a kit.
504 is no longer a thing , huh?
Do you have anything for the 2nd series 1955-1959 Chevy truck?
How can I contact Code 504
how can I contact you guys.
How do we order the kit

Too expensive or too cheap?
Is there anyway to get ahold of anyone? I know they went out of business but I have a old kit of theirs and I’m trying to get it on but some stuff just isn’t lining up with the directions they give

Do you have a number to call thanks mike
I think these guys have closed up shop.
This company is out of business
What company is this so I can order a kit?
many years ago I lengthened the frame front clip 2 inches to simply get the front wheels in the middle of the wheel well when lowered and remounted the control arms
how do we get a hold of code 504. the number is not good
Too bad the 504 went out of business
Why don't you people answer the damn phone.yakr this off the air doyou understand

Looks like a nice kit ! I might go s10 frame on my 45 pick up instead of mustang II etc .. Whats this cost cost ?
Could I get that entre kit for a c-2500 and how can I buy it?
I have 1946 chevy truck short bed your kit would work on a 1998 s10 extended cab?
I have been waiting for a kit for over 10 weeks, without a peep from the company. Over the last 3 weeks, I have left several voice mails, emails , messenger text, but can not get a response. The voice mail is full for the last week. The customer service is terrible.
Does anyone have any information if code 504 is still in business. I ordered a builders bundle 4/26/23 . They took my payment and said 6 weeks delivery and now at 12 weeks I have no parts and they don't answer the phone. or emails.
We are in the same situation. Let us know if you find something out
It would be nice if someone would respond as of where to get this kit
Code 504 website
Is this conversion kit still available and if so where
Where can I order one of these kits and cost
Guys.....this is Bob Gordon.....I've been waiting for 10 weeks to receive my gas tank and mounting kit....why? Nobody from your office seems to know how to communicate with your customers! I've tried every possible way to get in touch with you guys and it's been complete silence from your end....why is that? Don't you have a customer service department? If you do....those people are not doing their jobs! So I guess leaving comments on your videos is my last resort before filing a dispute with my credit union. All you need to do is communicate!
I need to figure out a steering modification
What year s10? I got a 84 s10 frame long box single cab
I have a Chevrolet 50 I am going to put an s10 chassis where I can buy the kit
Can you use regular S10 shocks with the 504 build
How long will it take to ship out your kit
Go with a panza kit
How long will it take between purchasing you kit before your company will ship out the kit
How long will it take to deliver your S10 kit
Please show me I can get one of these kits I need one I have a 46 Chevy need one ASAP
When are you going to stop talking and start cutting you keep repeating measure from shockmount to manufacturing hole four times in 13 minutes
I Think The MOST Important Starting Point to Mention, Is The WHEEL BASE Of The Vehicle Your Going To Put The S-10 Frame Under. If You Have 112 Wheel Base Car And A Longer Wheel Base Frame, The Fender Openings For The Wheels Will Be Off And Look Stupid. UNLESS You Shorten The Frame Somewhere In The Middle, And Then ADD Extra Frame Rail Plates At The Shortening Location To RESTRENGTHEN That Frame At The Cut. And Also The location Of The Steering Box And Column, Compared To How The Original One Was Located In The Vehicle As Well. Because When You Start Getting Into EVEN MORE Body Cutting And Alterations For The Frame Hump Over The Rear End Too, It Might Be Better To Just Repair And Update The Original Vehicle Frame To Start With... Too Much Screwing Around And Alterations Can Lead To A BIG Time Consuming And COSTLY MONEY PIT To Start Losing Interest In Completing...
This is for a 47-54 chevy AD pickup thats why he wants the 118 frame (short cab long bed) wheel base is almost perfect.
Do you know if anyone sells the bracket welded to the frame the bushing sits in mine is rusted out and would prefer to replace instead of repair?
Use a 9" Ford, 12 Bolt truck or car rear axle. That 7.5 stock axle will break, if used with a good V8, and fat tires.
Yeah I got a problem I got a 2000 S10 frame that we put the code 504 on they welded the rear bracket on the rear of the frame that says code 504 on it we will know how do you set the man of a 50 Chevy on it if you can send me a video of that part that be great otherwise we got a problem we can't seem to figure it out thanks
Does anyone make updated suspension components for the frame?
Can I cut the brace over the tank flat instead of following the weld?
What year s10?
So you said the front box mounts should be 2" lower for a 54..does this affect the middle and rear mounts too? I'm building a 54 and mounted the front box uprights 1.75 inches up from the bottom of the frame per the instructions. The instructions didn't say anything about the 54 being different.
I'm 100% learning how to do new stuff..This isn't the same ol stuff that I used to wrench on in the 80s.
It would be nice to get that for my 1998 gmc Sonoma.
