the winter season can be dark and lonely but it can also be a great time to focus on self-care. I love the holiday season so much but I also want to cuddle up with someone when it's cold and dark out. Over the years I've found comfort in using this time to find ways to love my alone time and get to know myself better and I strongly encourage all of who whether your single or not to do the same!...

Are u telling the truth or no ? Any proof that u were assaulted ?
The fact that us women are taught that sex is supposed to be painful and not pleasant at all and that we're basically there to please the men is actually so fucking heartbreaking. I am so sorry that you felt like that and I'm so sorry that this happened to you. He sounds like an actual pos... and I really hope you found healing 💕
Your so pretty !!! Thank you so much for sharing! ❤❤❤ your so amazing
Sharing your experience weather its from your ED or assault is amazing. It de stigmatizes and show others that they are not alone. I love your podcast and I think that the title is very true lol. Xxx
Thank you so much❤ I really relate!
Thank you for this🩷
Love you so much❤❤
Wait 2003 or 2013? 5:11
Also so sorry you had to deal with this. I ask the above question because I’m 30 and I was in third grade in 2003, and I was thinking she looks a lot younger her than me! so that’s why I ask that ❤
Omg I didn’t even realize I said 2003, I meant 2023!!
You’re literally so strong. It’s never okay to experience this stuff, but always okay to speak up about it. And that’s exactly what you did here ❤ No woman should go through sexual harassment but the thing is karma is real, and it is coming for certain people. You’re so strong for speaking to us about this. i’m proud of you ml ❤
Thank you love❤️🩹
I can’t wait to share my story one day ❤
Sending you so much love & know that no matter when you share it, it’ll always be impactful!
oh honey :( sending you so much love❤
❤️❤️
❤️🩹
im sorry you had to go through that 🤍you are so strong god bless you
Just randomly passing by but I wanted to leave a comment. I don't usually comment so excuse my ramble! I can relate to having an uneasy or complicated relationship with sex. I guess they really don't teach you what is a healthy sex life dynamic? How does one know what is authentic love or just nasty lust? Im so glad your friend backed you up and supported you! I've tried to explain to family that some guys are just plain rude and only seek women for sex and validation from "bros". They always brush me off as being insecure and overthinking. Looking for the best in people has its pros and cons. Ive had a couple of experiences where afterwards it just didnt feel right, even though no violence happened, its still shitty. I personally have alot of people pleasing tendencies to out grown still. Your video makes me feel heard! Im not sure how old you are, maybe my age around? 20? but hearing you detail your story with courage inspires me to standup for myself! Thanks for what you do, I wish you success :)
Wow thank you for sharing! It is frustrating with those things be normalized today, but definitely keep standing up for yourself especially when things don’t feel right! You’re never alone, sending lots of love.
Proud of you for even being able to speak on this topic. Many of us have experienced some sort of sexual trauma and are too upset/scared to talk about it. I wish nothing but the best for you!!🩷
Thank you ml🩷
I’m so sorry this happened to you. You’re very strong 💪❤️🩹
I can tell by the way you’re describing it you’ve re-experienced it so many times in your head, analyzing every single bit of each experience. I’m sorry you had to go through that pain over something someone else did to you. I’m sad the first response engrained in us is to somehow blame ourselves for the horrible thing they’ve done. Your experience and feelings are valid ❤️🩹
soooo much love to u <333 it's hard for me to heal but this made me feel hopeful
I believe in you!
thank u for sharing about your acne journey, I still have acne and am trying to wash my face everyday but sometimes it’s difficult cause it never goes away I’m hoping one day my acne will be gone so I can have a clear face again!

Yayyy welcome!
Weightlifting saved my life. Truly. I was severely underweight and sick. I thought I'd eventually die from malnutrition or a heart attack. For me, it was a silent sickness. Because I've always been petite, not many people even noticed I was wasting away. Plus I basically isolated myself from everyone and always wore baggy stuff. At the peak of my anorexia I truly felt like I was losing all control and like I was an empty shell and this fucking disgusting disorder replaced me fully. I also binged a lot when I started 'recovery' and failed many times, relapsed etc. Tbh I don't even know how I did it but somehow I managed to go to the gym and start weight training and to actually make progress I NEEDED calories. I also completely deleted all of my ED accounts and unfollowed/blocked anyone/anything which would trigger me, includes some irl friends who were constantly commenting on their/my weight. And now I am proud to say I'm on the journey to health. 🌺 I feel like many people talk about their anorexia with nostalgia.. and I love how you differentiate between a beautiful and a sick body. My sick body could never be beautiful to me now, and it's so refreshing to hear someone else look at their journey the same way. Lots of love to you!
so so proud of you! that's amazing that you found the strength to unfollow those triggering accounts and still kept fighting despite the relapsing. sending love to you too girly xx
We both be graduating therapy around here 😝😝😝
LOVE this for us 💁♀️😝
Your voice is so soothing
This randomly got recommended to me and it was so refreshing. Had to see my ex for the first time since we split today and it stirred up some bad feelings. This really helped, thank you.
