As with most people who get lost down the rabbit hole of synths I came to them a bit later on (when I could afford them).
As you may know, when you unplug the patch cables the songs I made have gone for good, this channel is my way of recording them before they disappear into the ether.
Most of the song have been inspired in some way by space or sci fi ... because, well of course I am a bit of a geek about that kind of stuff!
Obviously I'd love it if you subscribed, but if not I shall have a collection of weird spacey songs to listen to on here when I get old!

Remote Batteries - Rumble of Ancient Times Soma Jam
Good Morning!
So I haven't used my ROAT for a little while, and so I blew (most of) the dust off it and played about with it this week.
But I first needed to find batteries, which with everything being rechargeable nowadays was harder than I thought, but luckily I found a remote nearby, which I accidentally left in the shot, so I decided to name the song that. (It sounded better than 'ode to a sky remote').
Anyway, I'm Rambling now!
I have added some glitchy drums using Native Instruments Empire breaks through Devious machines infiltrator with the mix amount being modulated by an Ableton LFO, which I quite like the result of.
At the end of the tune you'll notice it goes weird.

Happy new year! Just a quick video based on a question I get asked sometimes on how I angle my keyboards, the answer is really easy and relatively cheap! Im using it on my Moog Grandmother at the moment and it making a big difference being able to see a full patch as opposed to when a keyboard is laid flat. Have a great day!

Ive gone back to just a few synths, as my Gas has somewhat subsided, Ive realised that the Moog Grandmother, DFAM, Subharmonicon and Mother 32 make a cracking song. Hej! Thanx a lot for your video, it's precious! Just have some issues with the subharmonicon to mother32 patch. As soon as I plug the cable, the m32 react by changing the rythm constantly (as if the notes weren't triggered all the time). I don't know if it's a firmware update thing but I didn't get around it. Any idea? Thanks again for your work ;)

Hi I'm planning to buy sound studio 3 and I'm looking for user reviews. How would you describe this trio as an educational instrument or tool?
Hey buddy good question. Depends on the type of education you are looking for. Personally I put them in the category of “happy accident machines”. I was able to learn quite a lot of synthesis from them, and I have used them as a tool for other things in songs, but overall I use them as something where i sit down and have no idea what songs going to be playing on my speakers in half an hour! Probably doesn’t answer your question, but it’s what I got!

I feel like you’d be the perfect person to ask this, I have a moog matriarch and i’m trying to decide if I should couple it with Make Noise Easel system consisting of Strega, 0cntrl, & 0coast… or Moog Sound Studio 3 with Dfam, Sub, & M32? For context I really like what Strega can do, those dark droney tones but I also would like to make some gernerative stabs and glitch percussive sounds. What do you suggest I get?
Okay so, I have had both, personally I would go for the moog 3 but add the ocntrl. You can do a lot more, I love the Strega, but it didn’t last long as its versatility outside of the dark drones you mentioned I found too limited. But then I only have so much space on my desk. The 0cntrl is a no brainer though, I feel like moog missed a trick by not making one

Interesting take friend, tattoo already on my arm before I decided to make the video (and I’m right handed)and the watch is mostly to tell the time, both of which cost a lot less than those moogs though😂
