Looking great
Nice work mate, I’ve used a lot of your advice throughout your build and I’m 18 months into my build with probably another 18 to go😅
That poor beer didn’t get the respect it deserved.
U don't have to go south of ully for swords. Biggest ones I've ever seen and in big numbers are in the anti clockwise eddy with the bluefin. Try a live albacore at night on top with pink lights
Just realised I been watching ii rebuild that thing for weeks now. Have to catch up for a beer at the marlin sometime. Boat looks epic man. And one of the most professional and over engineered home rebuilds I have ever seen. U should be very proud of that weapon
Great job mate - deadener gun from super cheap will do the trick but will clog and be a pain on a big job, was fine for the engine compartments in my Bertram 31
Why did you use csm on the pockets? biaxial or plain weave wouldve been plenty.
How much fuel did the tank end up holding 👍🏽
Hey Mark I'd like to do a flat back like this on my 565L, would you suggest removing the engine when doing it? Or would it be ok to leave it but just cover it well, so it doesn't get any dust?
Probably easier to remove the engine, just makes the space a lot easier to access and work around. You don’t want the dust or and resin and glass getting on your engine or control cables
@@ADVENTURES_ADRIFT Thanks for taking the time to reply.
My dad did the same on his Lochin 38 when he was fitting that out, he used the whole keel as the main fuel tank
Fish swim into corner and waste energy they die quicker, rounded is better. & if you got a window they swim by
Mate you wanna come over to WA and help with my transom lol😂
Haha I’m done with glassing now mate 🤣
A tooth pick and a little batch of un waxed gelcoat would have been the best way to fill those pin holes, even if it takes a couple rounds like that then keep spraying once they are filled,no sanding required till the final sand/polish
That looks terrific. Thanks for the tip with the speckle. That helps a lot with my upcoming project. Liked and subbed 👍
Great job I learned plenty from you guys thanks for the advice bro ❤
Wow! What an awesome looking boat! Congratulations on finishing a hard earned project!
Oh man. That was rough battling under that crapy gazebo. You're a hell man for sticking to it. Awesome work.
legend!
This looked itchy! ruclips.net/video/I3239MiggFU/видео.html . Having that extra board up the keel probably gives it a nice bit of extra strength. Nice work & loving your vids!!
Loving all your videos so far, question with the lid, did you do a waxed coat on the underside before glassing it down so it seals the glass from the fuel?
Where did you source your baitboard pls?
Love this story man!! Time to upgrade!
Bloody nice man.
Well done legend. Love the build videos. Love the final product
Nice boat mate, I’ve watched the build and really enjoyed it. A lot of time and effort gone into that👍
I’m a shark cat nut but I’ve been watching that’s a beautiful boat mate great job
watch the build process good to see the fruits of of your labour come to the finish product.. looks absolutely awesome. well done mate.
Incredible effort mate 🤝
Sweet ride. Great story
Nice one fella.
By far the best trailer boat I've ever been in. So much hard work and days put into it but its an absolute weapon now. Well done mate. Gunnel looks unreal too
The boat came out well mate. Rebuilding my 24 foot savage ranger. Never done any fibreglass work till now. Watch your videos almost every week to keep it fresh. How does the skid trailer go. Thinking of doing the same.
Skid trailer is awesome! I would never go back now
Hi. Do you happen to know the US version of that darker colored board? Seems can't find it. Thanks!
What was the baitboard mate?
I’ve been watching since the start I picked up a good cobia doing much the same just got a lot of cheaper secondhand gear so will be abit cheaper
Looks great well done hard to commit to something like that and get it finished to a high quality hope you catch lots of fish in it 🎣
Nothing short of awesome! Congratulations and what a great example of reward for effort👍
That beer must be nuclear hot
Well done Mark. A beautiful boat built the way you wanted it. Stoked for you. Thanks for sharing with us all
Ulladulla! I grew up there. I went to Ulladulla High in the 1980s.
well done m8. Awesome looking rig. Im in the trade and that gelcoat looks mint! I know how much "fairing" sanding involved and it shows in your rig! Top Job!
Awesome vid. Audio could be a million times better with a lav mic to get reduce of the water slapping on hull sound.
Hey mate where did you get your gunwale rubber? Cheers
Flick me a message on instagram mate. Adventures_Adrift_Aus
Awesome boat, was patiently waiting for this day also haha, well done mate, CHEERS
Well done mate - you’re more the a Trade person - you’re a craftsman and - and what’s more it’s finished and your happy - Cheers. PS love those transducers and the detail to wiring
Bro such a great video and I watched every part of your build. Absolutely amazing job! Thanks for doing this as a final follow up. The boat is incredible!!
I been waiting for this day 🎉
Nice boat! Did you consider Zipwakes ?
Thanks mate, I did but for the cost I didn’t feel it was worth it. I also like to trim my boat manually.
Nice boat mate well done
Beautiful boat. The strongest Haines Hunter ever built...
