The word 'odyssey' means a long adventurous journey and that's what this channel is all about. I (Sloan, or "Cameraman") try to capture my friends and I's travels and experiences as they unfold in sort of a unfiltered or unedited, raw fashion. The good, bad, and ugly it's all there.

GoPro, you let us down... We left from Iowa and headed out to the southern most point (Key West, Florida) during the winter. Battling cold weather, snow, rain, wind, and more cold our GoPros failed on us consistantly throughout our trip. We scraped together what we could salvage and made one big @$$ video out of it! Even though it didn't turn out as planned I hope everyone still enjoys our "Old...

An absolute EPIC ride through Idaho

We spend an entire day riding through Idaho, with a few bumps in the road. I never knew the state was so beautiful! Idaho never ceases to amaze. Shout out to Ben's Quality Cycle in Idaho Falls for going above and beyond to get Tony all fixed up and all of us back on the road. Enjoy!
Stuck on the side of the road in Idaho...again

We're spending some time in Idaho now. But is it even an adventure unless you're on the side of the road? Also it's the FOUTH OF JULY!!! Beer time.

Scot and I start off exploring the Caves of Maghera and Giant's Causeway, eventually venturing to Belfast.
You guys crossed both the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. They meet at the tri states.
I live in Hampton, Iowa not to far from clear lake.
Combined, do you think these two goldwings have a hundred buttons?
As a long time Goldwing owner. That is a dumb way of titling this video.... wow.
How many miles on the 1800 Goldwing ? Did you guys fix the electrical issues? How much for it and what year is it ?
“Wet chaos” would be a great name for a band.
Should have went straight down to 10. Get into warmer temperatures faster.
Cool😎👍🏻
I'm headed to Kyiv on Friday on my (bought new in 1994 in Abilene) Aspencade from Germany. 2000 km ride. I've already done it several times on a '95 R100GS. I am not sweating that I will have any issues with the bike. Longest ride I ever took with it was 30 years ago New Jersey to L.A. Russell Daylong Seat, Backrest, and extra footpegs are the three most important accessories. Those, and a rainsuit. Poland will downright DROWN you in May.
This was an incredible journey. You guys are awesome.!!!
As an OTR truck driver it was super cool to see this trip done on a gold wing! I loved it I’ve been everywhere in the country and wanna buy a gold wing soon they definitely have went up but I found a 2002 with 20k miles for 6k
Best kind of Adventure , cheap, impromptu and unprepared 😉👍🇺🇸
Huddle House is like a Waffle House ,, old style grill food 😉
that 1200 is bad ass !!!!
Where do you get all these cheap bikes? I want to go to florida this year and get some cheap old bike.
Budget friendly Dave grohl goes on roadtrip with buddy
My hometown is like 30 miles from where these guys started their journey, so cool!
That's a great deal on an 02 Wing with under a quarter million miles!
I Fd a girl on the roof of the Martello center tower. Watched planes flying in and out of the Key West Airport at the same time.
Honda’s are bulletproof. Made my mega trips on a naked 750 but I was 21. At 67 I ride my Valkyrie now and then to the beach with no problems at all.
Wondering when the next video is? The channel seems to have gone dark.
Seen some old goldwings with over 200k. Pretty incredible
@16:37 You peep at the wrong time. Learn from Pipkin Pippa how it is properly done. 👍
Questioning the ability of serviced GoldWings to drive long distances is really like, "really?...you question this?"
Dude, you should check and see if your mom ever knew Dave Navarro. Just kidding.
Gold wing is my dream bike… i dont mind if own the oldest one even current goldwing (2024) are badasss
Get an older one, bigger luggage space and i believe the fuel tank is bigger too, i have a 2002, runs like a dream and never missed a beat
Whats the location of the campsite in the end? @The Odyssey
12min 06sec That's What your Sister Said .. Last Night 😮
Cool watch! I’m from Des Moines. Hit me up if you need another rider or any help!
Looks like fun! Looks like your trip went well. I’m currently riding vicariously through videos like this. Thanks for posting.
Headed to Yellowstone July 2024. Thanks for the raven warning.
If I were you I would take those Engines out of your Honda Goldwings tare them down and rebuild them
It's a honda of course it will make it.
Really enjoyed your video . Did you guys ever check the oil on your bikes after you left home? I own a 98 Goldwing and it never uses oil but it only has a little over 100K on it :) Awesome trip you two. KUDOS & Respect from Washington state
The Honda Goldwing GL 1800 is... the motorcycle perfected. It is also unbreakable too.
I bought an 82 in 2010 with over 100k miles on it. It smoked a little on startup if it had been sitting but cleared up quick and ran like a top. Loved the storage.
Do you guys have the post-2022 model with the "new" 125cc engine and 5 speed gearbox?
Great video guys, I don't own a Goldwing as of yet but I am currently looking for one for myself, can't afford a new but I'm looking around for a nice used one, thank you both for your videos,, 🙏🙏
So fun! I wanna buy a bike and go on a road trip with a friend! 😂.
I envy you fellas other than the rain. At 76 I would have holed up in a motel. Real cycles riding down from Wisconsin. When I was young and dumb I rod Mt Harley 165 in sub zero weather an only newspaper under my jacket for wind protection. What a nasty ride. Thx 4 taking me along on your adventure
Fantastic video guys, true to life with the ups and downs on the road. Thanks again.
You guys picked St.Louis to stop in? 😂 holy!
Just came to re-watch this series. Spent half my childhood in Ireland and all the pretty views sure do bring back memories. This series is severely underrated imho, deserves hundreds of thousands of views!
You guys loading up with beer was the perfect splash of midwestern flavor from the Iowa boys. Grea5 vid for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Thanks!
When you are going south on an interstate, the exit numbers are the same as miles until the next state line, unless the interstate ends before that, then the miles are until that end. But yours goes Al most to Miami, i75, yes? I used to live near lauderdale, once rode a 150cc scooter across alligator ally from lauderdale to Naples.
That was GREAT; I enjoyed the ride!!! I have a 2010 Goldwing, but not the butt that you guys have for those kinds of riding hours!!!
My 1980 Goldwing GL1100 with 55k miles on the clock did a 1600 mile trip to Ireland and back last year without a single issue, as others have said good maintenance is the key, look after a bike and it'll look after you.
I live in Boise, Idaho. A few years back I bought a '85 Goldwing Interstate 1200 w/71K miles on it that had sat in a garage for 2 years. 2 weeks later, after some minor preventative maintenance, I rode it to Portland, Oregon. Stayed a week for work. Then up to Mt. St. Helens before returning back to Boise. That bike purred like a kitten getting its back rubbed. I still have it. Great bike.
Not entirely relevant, but this video inspired my trip to key west from miami on 2 150 cc chinese scooters for a camping trip with my wife. Amazing fun. going back in march!
