    Hi, Thank you for sharing these basic exercises. I had a query. Can these exercises be done both with a mudgar and a gada? In order to make a gada work like a mudgar, can we hold it close to the heavy top instead of bottom handle ?

    How much rest between sets?

      @@MeenakshiSharma-mv4nm see their is heart' rhythm lub dub in rest it is around 72 to 85 rate but when we do exercises or do cardio heart rates increase so in strength or fitness traning when we lift weight heart rates increase we have to take rest untill our heart rates comes to normal that is 70 to 85 rate
